Basic install...plug in to assure cooling. I attached it to the existing water line. Installer reviewed door & unit leveling adjustments. I performed leveling adjustments per Opetators Manual. Unit functions all operate well.

A great purchase! Delivery was fast, easy, and the guys who came to deliver were professional, polite, knew exactly what they were doing, and fast!! They were masked and gloved: fully attuned to the requirements of the pandemic.

Installation was basic with unpacking it and plugging it in. Since nothing special with add on’s no problems with installation with delivery.

Best Buy installation team has not been a let down yet . No damage to my home or items bought . And I’m getting ready to buy a washer and dryer next month so I expect only the best service when they come out here and install it .

Quick installation. The workers came saw what was needed took their measurements and got the refrigerator installed and my old refrigerator removed quickly. I could've done it myself but if they're going to handle it for you, utilize them.

I have only had the frig for a month. Check back in 6 months for a review.I think it’s very misleading that they insist you give a review as soon as you get the refrigerator or any appliance. Let’s be honest and let’s be real get back to me in six months. I can say the delivery guys. They were excellent. Just for that one reason I will shop Best Buy again. But for the fridge get back to me in six months.

Installation and setup timely. The men were very professional and careful. Refrigerator is working very well. Very difficult to find a refrigerator in white but Best Buy came through!

I had a new refrigerator delivered to my home. I received a reminder phone call the day before the delivery and the team arrived on time. Everyone was nice and professional. The refrigerator was a tight fit and the crew needed to remove the doors to get it into place. While putting the doors back onto the refrigerator, it was discovered that the 4 bolts that hold the door handles were missing. At that point the crew said there was nothing they could do and they just left for their next delivery. We were left with 2 door handles sitting on our living room sofa. They also left so fast that they never leveled the refrigerator. The next day I was called by the geek squad to rate the installation. I told them about the missing bolts -they had no record. The geek squad tried to follow through - they called me 2 times in the middle of my day at work to get the refrigerator model and serial number. Both of these should have been on the purchase paperwork, but it was not in my pocket at work. 2 phone calls later I was told the bolts were on there way. 4 days later, I got a shipment of 4 set screws - not bolts. I gave up on the geek quad and went down to my local best buy store to talk to the sales man in the appliance section. He looked at his computer and could not find the part. He told me he would call the service center on the east coast the next day when they were open. (they close a 4pm pacific time). I've now had my new refrigerator for 3 week. I still do not have handles on the doors. Lots of nice people, but the job is just not getting finished! I do not know if anything is happening to get this fixed. Maybe I just need to tell them to replace the refrigerator?

Bought a refrigerator with installation, the 2 young men that came were very professional. They explained and installed fridge/ice machine quickly. They answered all my questions.Great Job.

Same crew installed a stove last year. Same excellent job with this refrigerator. For future purchases, I am going to request this crew. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous.

The installation of our refrigerator went great. Delivery was on time, very nice installers that had the job down pat. Made sure everything was working properly. Cleaned up all the packing etc and left. Made the job look easy although it was not.

I love my product I bought from Best Buy it beautiful and fits perfect in my kitchen
