Install window is 12 hours initially. Later they called with a 4 hour window. You have absolutely no control on this time. They pick it. Install happened almost without a hitch. They did not install the badge on my fridge and said they couldn't find it and said I could go to the store and get one to install myself because they always have a ton of them (in hindsight I should've made them go get it for me). They said the would leave notes. After that everything went down hill. Went to the store, and they said they had no idea what I was talking. Called their call center, and waited on hold for 30mins for them to send me to some third party company, who said they would give it to but I had to pay $20 plush shipping for it myself. I refused to pay for something I should've gotten to begin with, so I called Bestbuy again and waited another 30mins. The new person could not help get me the part but said I could return the fridge. Are you freakin kidding me. They want to return a $2000 fridge because of a missing $20 badge. What a waste of money also i did not want to spend another day waiting on a delivery and install. Just wasteful on so many levels. So I gave up on Bestbuy honoring the promise to give me a new badge and asked for the number of the place where I could buy the badge myself. They gave me a wrong number, so i called Bestbuy yet again and waited 15mins on hold. They gave me a new number, and i called what i still to this day am not sure was the same third party parts company, because this time they said they did not have the badge and its not something they could order. I gave up and called GE and they sent me one right away for free. TLDR Version: GE is great, Bestbuy install no so much. My install was incomplete and their call center is a waste of time. They are very corporate in how the handle situations, even to the point where it makes no sense. They can only follow their strict system and book and can't actually solve problems for members.

The delivery was on time and the installation was done quickly and efficiently. The installers were polite and professional.

Had an issue with the first delivery. They insisted on removing a door to bring the fridge in. They ended up scratching the aid on the door frame. The next delivery, they said they left a phone message and rang the door bell, we were home the whole time and never heard anything, they left and we had to schedule again. Nex fridge showed up and would not stop rocking even when trying to level. Reordered again, this time the fridge is fine.

The freezer is quiet. It's a great size for garage. The delivery team and customer service are both wonderful.

The guys who came out were great. They were polite, arrived within their window and had our fridge set up within 10 minutes of unloading from the truck. Would absolutely opt for it again when buying a major appliance.

I ordered a refrigerator online with the help of a virtual online consultant, who also scheduled delivery. The day before, I received a phone call confirming the delivery. To my surprise, I learned that the delivery was scheduled as a "drop off", which meant I had to get the packaged refrigerator from my door, unbox and unpackage it, and place it where it was going, an impossibility for me. I then had to reschedule the delivery and add installation to my order, which is at no extra cost. So, if you're buying a large appliance, be sure to also order installation.

Very quick and professional. Well worth the amount we paid

The install was easy and quick (could have done it myself). The guys informed us to dump the fist couple gallons of water and the first batch of ice. If your like me, you probably would not have read that in the instruction book and just poured yourself a nice cold drink. Glad they told me.

The delivery folks did a great job. The refrigerator was unpacked and installed within 15 minutes.

These guys were the very best. Kept us safe wearing masks and sanitizing and installed the refrigerator to replace the one we installed ourselves so fast we considered changing to delivered for all future appliance purchases.

They came on time snd brought the fridge in quickly. All they had to do was plug it in an level it. It would be better if they had more available days for deliveries.

The install was done with care and made sure things were in working condition prior to leaving.

Installers were very friendly, easy to communicate with and more technically aware of potential installation issues than on a prior delivery. The old unit removal and new unit installation was completed quickly and, so far, flawlessly.
