Installation was timely, fast, and professional. Installers gave good instructions on product use as well. We weren't expecting the installer to have such thorough product knowledge - Wonderful service!

Great service. They relocated my old fridge and install the new one with no problem at all. They had to remove my front door, both the old and the new refrigerator doors and assemble everything back together.

Installers were professional and efficient. The only problem was that they left some tools and never returned my call alerting them to their loss

I was very pleased with the delivery and installation of our freezer. The delivery men put the freezer exactly where I needed it to be and then took the time to level the appliance and explain the controls. They were great.

Installers were prompt and quickly installed our new refrigerator and stove. They noticed damage to a refrigerator door when unpacking and arranged for a replacment door immediately. New door was put on within 2 weeks during the holiday season.

The two gentlemen who installed my fridge were quick and careful. They cleaned up any mess and I was very happy with the overall delivery experience. They were on time and texted me when on their way to me.

The installers did a fantastic job delivering and installing my new LG refrigerator. They needed to remove the door from the garage to the den, and walk it around to the kitchen. Overall, a great job!

I received a refrigerator that did not cool enough on the refrigerator side. After many hours of troubleshooting with Samsung and talking to Best Buy, I went into the Best Buy store where I bought it and, after 2 hours of talking with Best Buy personnel and Samsung, a replacement was ordered. I took the day off from work, the window was from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m as was verified the day before. At about 11:00 a.m. I received a call from the people delivering the refrigerator saying that they did not have a refrigerator on their truck. I went back to the Best Buy store again, and after a couple of hours, one of the members of the Geek squad straightened out the mess and I had a new date for the replacement, The refrigerator came and is working OK. The people who delivered the second refrigerator were very, very unprofessional, I would be happy to discuss this if anyone cares. The people who delivered the first refrigerator were A+. I did call Best Buy to report this, but the person just listened and that was that. Overall, this was mostly a very stressful experience. I will not buy any appliance again from Best Buy.

The Best Buy delivery and installation crew was great! They measured to make sure it would fit (it was super close on height), unwrapped it, set it up, and we’re also very friendly.
