The install was done with care and made sure things were in working condition prior to leaving.

The installation was fast and great. They installers knew exactly what they were doing and addressed all our concerns.

The old water valve was broken. The delivery crew did not install it by regulation. It was understood. I had to a Plumber to replace the valve on the wall. The plumber connected and installed the refrigerator. I need to call Best Buy customer service to arrange to pickup the old one. It took several days. It is hard to check if the valve is working or not until removing the old one. I wish the Best Buy can handle it. It cost a lot to do it with plumbers.

Look, if you're going to put in any appliance that's going to be there for YEARS to come, spend a few bucks and get the better quality waterline gear. I installed a nice LG high-end dishwasher myself. The delivery folks have a stock cheapy solutions but there was no way I was going to use that kit. Is anyone going to take the time you're going to take to prep your area, clean it and ensure it's installation? No. This kit has a nice reinforced line and will help you sleep at night knowing it's been done right. Take a few extra minutes and do it right!

This was a good appliance purchase. Delivery went well and all appliances are still working. I would purchase Whirlpool appliances again in the future from Best Buy and would have Geek Squad install.

They estimates time between 8-12. But, we have received a phone call from delivery team at 7:45AM and they showed up exactly 8:00AM in the Saturday morning. Quick removed the old one and put the new one in and hook up just 10 minutes. They did awesome job.

I already had a new valve, having just had a complete replumb of the house. Connecting the new refrigerator to the water line was simple and quick. The guys checked everything out and made sure everything was cleaned up.
