The technician who installed this item on my refrigerator was very polite, and informative. He explained what he needed to do before he started. The installation went quickly and smoothly.

Best Buy sent a crew of 2 really professional guys who delivered, unpackaged, and installed my refrigerator. They even carried the whole thing up a set of stairs (I didn't have to lift a finger). It's been over 2 months, not a problem since

Wow, again, wish we had done this review 9 months ago so I could give a shout out. Look, we have a small house with narrow doorways. It's from the 40's and mondern oversize appliance and furniture are tough to get in. These dudes took a look, then bing, bang, boom they had the doors off to get the fridge in. They maneuvered through the narrow entryway like it was what they do all the time. Guess, what? It's what they do all the time. They were amazingly good, and super polite, and respectful. Best installers we have had to the house.

Ice maker failed on first unit. Best Buy made good on replacement within two days. Would buy from them again.

I had read reviews about the installation of the refrigerator on the Best Buy website for this particular product and had many concerns because in some areas and states, Best Buy evidently outsources the delivery and people were generally not happy at all. But upon checking with my local store in Bloomington, IL, I happily discovered that they do their own delivery and installation and it was a very pleasant and satisfactory experience all the way around. The installers were right on time, there was good communication from them about their expected arrival time, and they did a fine job. After they began the set-up, they discovered that our existing hook-ups were in good shape, so they didn't end up using the kit we'd been required to buy (I understand why in case it had been needed). So they told us we could return it to the store for a refund which we did. They made sure everything was working properly and explained some of the features of the refrigerator and made sure all of our questions were answered before they left. Very friendly and professional.

The fridge installation went smoothly. I am happy with the result and the Third Party Crew did a fantastic job.
