They double checked the entry way door and had to remove it off the hinge to get the new fridge in but they double checked everything!!! The team which I cant remember their names was quick and made sure everything fit and took all the debris, boxes and packing materials with them. They made sure everything was up and running before leaving. We have had other deliver/install services from other companies and so far Best Buy install service has been the Best!!!! We will be using their install service again when the time comes for another appliance to be replaced!

They came when they said they would, did not make a mess and got right to work installing the water line and delivering our unit.

They were so friendly, timely, and did everything they could to make sure that my experience was done to my satisfaction. Im very happy with Best Buy and would not hesitate to use them again!
