The team provided EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!! They were professional, knowledgable, courteous, respectful and considerate!! Great delivery team. Both of the young men and smiles on their face and they both deserve high marks … and that is why we always purchase from Bestbuy! From the store to the delivery it is always easy to do business with them!

My whirlpool refrigerator

It was less than a hour and I got the one I was supposed to have. It was one week later and that one stop working spoiled all my food. I talked with customer service and they are supposed to reimburse me. It was 6 days later I got my brand new refrigerator and had to pay an extra 200.00 dollars but I am so happy I have my new refrigerator Best Buy gave me prompt and easy delivery.

Great and fast installation

They called 15 mins before telling that they were on their way. Once they arrived, they installed it fast and gave us a quick preview on how to use our new fridge.

Managed to get my old fridge out &new fridge in on a cold, icy day. Very helpful getting my new fridge up & running. White glove service! Would highly recommend
