Tech did a nice job installing my new refrigerator and water dispensor hookup. I have had to issues.

Jason and this team were wonderful. They were so careful not to scratch my new floors. They connected the refrigerator quickly and even explained everything to me. They were so professional with great customers service skills which is hard to find these days. Thank you Jason.

Great experience! Friendly and helpful, fast and efficient. Got the job done, explained what was what & asked if we had questions. Then they were gone, leaving behind 2 extremely happy people and a beautiful fridge!

The guys that deliver the fridge appeared to be in a rush. However, they completed the installation flawlessly with no issues.

Install window is 12 hours initially. Later they called with a 4 hour window. You have absolutely no control on this time. They pick it. Install happened almost without a hitch. They did not install the badge on my fridge and said they couldn't find it and said I could go to the store and get one to install myself because they always have a ton of them (in hindsight I should've made them go get it for me). They said the would leave notes. After that everything went down hill. Went to the store, and they said they had no idea what I was talking. Called their call center, and waited on hold for 30mins for them to send me to some third party company, who said they would give it to but I had to pay $20 plush shipping for it myself. I refused to pay for something I should've gotten to begin with, so I called Bestbuy again and waited another 30mins. The new person could not help get me the part but said I could return the fridge. Are you freakin kidding me. They want to return a $2000 fridge because of a missing $20 badge. What a waste of money also i did not want to spend another day waiting on a delivery and install. Just wasteful on so many levels. So I gave up on Bestbuy honoring the promise to give me a new badge and asked for the number of the place where I could buy the badge myself. They gave me a wrong number, so i called Bestbuy yet again and waited 15mins on hold. They gave me a new number, and i called what i still to this day am not sure was the same third party parts company, because this time they said they did not have the badge and its not something they could order. I gave up and called GE and they sent me one right away for free. TLDR Version: GE is great, Bestbuy install no so much. My install was incomplete and their call center is a waste of time. They are very corporate in how the handle situations, even to the point where it makes no sense. They can only follow their strict system and book and can't actually solve problems for members.

The delivery company that delivered our new fridge was staffed by two super nice guys. They were super careful with the new (and old) fridge. They also took their time to connect the fridge to the existing water line. Lastly they leveled out the fridge. Super nice guys. Thanks!

The guys did a good job installing the new refrigerator. They were careful bringing it in the house and were very respectful.

I gave a 5 star rating because the fridge installation was done without any incident. The installers were professionals and it was obvious that they knew what they were doing.

The service was generally okay, but the level between front and back of the refrigerator was not adjusted enough.

Hook up to existing with my current hose without any issues. They took care to be near and clean as well.
