I was away for work, so my wife called in professional service to have the refrigerator installed. They installed the refrigerator and connected the water line pretty quickly. The delivery time was pretty accuracy, so we are very happy with the purchase and the installation service.

Fridge came, they installed it super fast and cleaned up after themselves. After they left the icemaker and controls didnt work. When I called, they ordered me a new fridge and came the next week and installed it. Fridge works great and geek squad is awesome.

I purchased a refrigerator had to wait 2 wks to get it after I received it was the wrong one. It was less than a hour and I got the one I was supposed to have. It was one week later and that one stop working spoiled all my food. I talked with customer service and they are supposed to reimburse me. It was 6 days later I got my brand new refrigerator and had to pay an extra 200.00 dollars but I am so happy I have my new refrigerator Best Buy gave me prompt and easy delivery.

The delivery men were very courteous & professional. They worked as fast as they could to get my appliances in & out. They made sure that there were no gas or water leaks on the new appliances and they answered all questions without fail.

Delivery guy put the refrigerator inside the garage and said that "It doesn`t fit the entrance door, and I am just a driver can not put the refrigerator in the kitchen!, then left!". Another team came up the second day, they installed the refrigerator, and left without removing types and wraps inside the refrigerator, so when I tried to remove them after a while they stick on the surfaces because of the cold! (I recognized that they need to be removed before or just right after the installation. They don`t get removed easily after they get cold! They should have warned me about this issue!). This is the way how they installed the washer and drier as on pics! When I sent the pics to the installation manager he said that "Is there something wrong!?". I asked the guys if they checked the devices weather they work or not properly a couple of times, they said "yes", but they did not turn the water on and they did not use the parts inside the washer!, so I was going to burn the washer because of attempting using it while the water position is off! I had to reinstall washer and drier once again! Please do not just leave the installation people to handle their work by their self. Give them instructions one by one to make sure things are being handled step by step correctly!

The item works well and the delivery people were very helpful. Highly recommend this delivery company.

The install guys were very nice. They put the units right where we needed them, and took out the old ones.

The geek squad men were friendly and arrived on time. I did not expect to be informed however that they did not think they had the proper equipment or expertise to install my item and I would need to compensate them for expertise outside of what they were contracted and supplied to do. I assumed they would be prepared to complete the installation in any case. They did do it but there were moments of anxiety created that my new refrigerator might need some sort of special plumbing that would require additional service. My new refrigerator is not an unusual one but a popular item from the store according to sales

The technicians were polite and efficient. The fridge installation went smoothly and fast.

The delivery crew did a great job installing the fridge. It works great and I am getting a lot of use out of it. I bought for a spare for the garage. Love it.
