What can you say it is what it is! Required when doing installations, but is definitely a smart time to replace that part. Works as it should and you know that it’s new so it shouldn’t have any problems for a while

We like the refrigerator, but it was a long road to get there. The first refrigerator door didn't shut all the way and was never leveled so it was loud. The second refrigerator had huge dents. Taking the doors off and using them on the first refrigerator and leveling it worked. We are happy with it, just a bumpy road to get there.

My delivery crew was professional, fast, courteous and helpful. Many times, service workers don't get the appreciation they deserve. It's a hard job, especially in the heat, and I couldn't be happier with the way they treated me. Thank you!

My unit was purchased and installed in my RV. It was not possible for the delivery team to remove the old unit or bring in the new one. I hired an RV technician to remove and install.

In general the technicians were friendly and doing all it takes to get it installed properly. At times when they feel the product may not fit in the given area, they should better measure all necessary things before even they start. In my case, I have to remove some stuff from the wall to get this fit which they could have informed me before disconnecting the old one and dismantle the new one. Finally worked out on a plan for them to complete the installation.

The installers did a great job moving my existing refrigerator to the garage and installing my new one. They checked that all the features of the new one worked and showed me how to operate it.

Works and looks great fits perfectly and better than the Samsung it replaced

Fridge runs noisy when open/close the door. Not sure this is normal? Freezer is little small.

They guy's called when they were on their way and arrived within the delivery window. Very courteous, completed the installation in a timely fashion, gave proper instructions and cleaned up everything leaving us with a great working refrigerator!

True professionals and very courteous . True assets to your company. Because of them, I would be comfortable using Best Buy again for future purchases that involve delivery and installation

The team was very professional and was quick to install the fridge.

The guys were professional. They couldn't get it in the front door and we're canceling the order then I asked them to try the back door. They helped my husband remove the back door then brought it in. 20 minutes later ice walker was hooked up and ready to go. Bottom on fridge is scratched so I'd suggest keeping it in the box until it's fully inside the house. This is not the one I ordered so they will return it and deliver the correct one on January 14th when it becomes available. Call to check "in stock" before ordering online, the information shown online was incorrect and we spent Thanksgiving week without a fridge.
