Arturo and Juan were great at the installation. They were efficient and took good care in not damaging anything.

The refrigerator is very quiet which is a plus. They should redesign the bottom drawer. The present model is one large bottom drawer and it’s not too good for the senior people. When the drawer is filled up, it’s quite difficult and heavy to open the drawer. They should make it into 2 separate drawers. The stainless steel on the outside is nice.

Hook up to existing with my current hose without any issues. They took care to be near and clean as well.

Installers were sloppy with prep of refrig/freezer. Left much of the tape and surface protections on unit. I found them as I tried to move shelves and clean surfaces. Also did not fit deep even though space measurements were as required. Unit sagged slightly in center and was raised at sides. Otherwise LOVE the unit.

These guys were absolute pros. They were hustling and generally care about client experience. I wish all delivery services were like theirs.

the entire removal of the dead fridge and installation of the new one tootles than an hour and that included taking the front door off and replacing it when done. the two men worked in tandem to make it seamless and minimize how long the front door was open and letting the bugs in.

The Best Buy delivery and installation crew was great! They measured to make sure it would fit (it was super close on height), unwrapped it, set it up, and we’re also very friendly.

The Geek squad guys were the best. They removed the old refrigerator, delivered and installed the new refrigerator and were as neat as could be. The refrigerator starting making a noise after they left, they came back right away, made an adjustment and everything is great.

The delivery team arrived as scheduled, after providing a pre-call to let us know they were close. They quickly unpacked our new appliances and placed them in our kitchen. I was a little upset that they would not assist my girlfriend with removing the existing range, as I was not home for the delivery. Since these appliances needed to be used, I was not inclined to remove them prior to delivery. Luckily, I was able to move the fridge since it was still usable in a relocated position...not the same for a stove/range. It would have been nice to be told that existing appliances would need to be moved prior to their arrival.

The gentleman who installed our refrigerator was awesome! He was very friendly and helpful. He did the install singlehandedly. He was very knowledgeable and we were very pleased with the job he did!

The installation was fast and great. They installers knew exactly what they were doing and addressed all our concerns.

The install was quick and well done. The workers were professional and polite.

The delivery experience was generally positive. However, I did encounter an issue during the installation process. When the technician pushed the refrigerator back into place, it caused two scratches on my hardwood floors. The technician promptly took photos of the damage and informed me that he would share them with his supervisor to address the issue and arrange for the scratches to be repaired.

Installation went well and the installers did a great job with no issues at all. Will use again in the future for sure

The installers were promt, professional and well trained. they installed the refigerator in an hour and that may seem like a long time but because of the space it had to go into and the external doors of our house being narrow the installers had to take the doors off and put them back on when in place in the Kitchen. They installed the water line and ice maker line and leveled the refigerator very professionally. They also relocated our old refigerator for us into our workshop. (Added cost but reasonable.) We are very happy with the install by the Geek Squad intallation team.
