The men who delivered and installed my fridge did a great job! I would recommend this!

Equipment and service was exceptional! The installers were professional, very courteous and explained everything I needed.

Good value for money! It’s definitely better than my old GE! First time getting a Samsung refrigerator and absolutely love it.

We were informed we didn’t choose to have water installed and we did, but was informed by one of the gentlemen that our water line needed to be updated anyway. So we ended up doing this portion on our own and it was no biggie, just be careful when you make your selections online and be clear to them what you need done. I wasn’t arguing and needed a new updated line so I didn’t press the issue and we drilled and did it on our own which might have been a better situation for us anyways.

Delivery people were quick to replace waterline to new refrigerator. They were courteous, informative and delivered fridge during window delivery time. They took great care in removing/replacing front door and delivering/installing fridge to kitchen.

Live it they was gentle and take care the refrigerator and respectfully in my house.

Very pleased with our purchase of a garage ready freezer. It’s an upright so it’s easy to see what’s inside.

I had a very frustrating experience with this product and the delivery process with Best Buy. I had to have the refrigerator be sent back and a new one delivered 4 different times due to the product being damaged in some way. Also, the Fridge is wrapped in plastic and each time it was delivered it was removed by the delivery team in a way that left remaining plastic along the edges that would have been very time consuming to remove. The final delivery we had the plastic left on so that we could remove the entire plastic ourselves in a way that didn’t leave residual plastic in the edges. After months of dealing with these issues the fridge is finally installed. It works well and looks pretty but I don’t know if it was worth the 10+ hours spent having to deal with the multiple delivery’s and phone calls with best buy and errors made by best buy along the way. I can’t say I will be purchasing an appliance from Best Buy again.

While I love my new refrigerator the install was not as great. They need to realize that these refrigerators are awkward and unwieldly. We were sent two small men who looked like teenagers and they managed to put two large dents in the side of my new spotless refrigerator. The only reason I didn't give this a 1 star review was the discount that was offered to me, I am still waiting on it.

Totally worth the price of having someone come out and do the installation. Peace of mind, and reassurance from the installer about how the fridge works as well as the warranties. Highly Recommend!

They brought the replacement so quick and installed it without a problem

The installers were great, friendly and on time!!! They kept me informed on when they would be there and actually came when they said they would. I know it is weird that this should even be stated but unfortunately in todays world this is no longer the norm.
