Two delivery guys arrived on time and setup the refrigerator and made sure it was working properly. They explained how it worked and asked if I had any questions.

The 2 guys that installed our refrigerator were so professional and kind. Showed us all the functions after install. Told us to call them if there were any concerns. They also had to remove the doors to get fridge in the house but did that with ease. They knew what they were doing.

The installers did a fantastic job delivering and installing my new LG refrigerator. They needed to remove the door from the garage to the den, and walk it around to the kitchen. Overall, a great job!

The two gentlemen who installed my fridge were quick and careful. They cleaned up any mess and I was very happy with the overall delivery experience. They were on time and texted me when on their way to me.

The installation team was courteous and professional. The Best Buy web portal kept me updated on where I was in the queue. I ordered a refrigerator and a chest freezer. The installation team gave me advanced notice of their arrival. It took two attempts to get the refrigerator as the first time, the refrigerator was damaged in the warehouse and had to be replaced. The chest freezer arrived safely in one try. My only issue was with rescheduling the delivery of the replacement refrigerator. It took a couple of days to get in touch with Best Buy to get back into the queue for delivery.

The team that came in did a great job. There were a few complications that made things tougher than anticipated. These guys just ground away till it was done. Everything works fine.

The install team did a great job once again. Professional, helpful, efficient. I keep buying appliances from Best Buy when I can buy from anyone because the install service has never failed me.

I was very pleased with the delivery and installation of our freezer. The delivery men put the freezer exactly where I needed it to be and then took the time to level the appliance and explain the controls. They were great.

I purchased a refrigerator had to wait 2 wks to get it after I received it was the wrong one. It was less than a hour and I got the one I was supposed to have. It was one week later and that one stop working spoiled all my food. I talked with customer service and they are supposed to reimburse me. It was 6 days later I got my brand new refrigerator and had to pay an extra 200.00 dollars but I am so happy I have my new refrigerator Best Buy gave me prompt and easy delivery.

Initial install was not successful, but this follow up install was professional and spot on. This follow up was well received and we are enjoying our new LG fridge.

The Best Buy team, whether sales, delivery, or installation have given me great experiences. The waterline install was no exception. The arrived on time, did the work efficiently, and left the space clean when they were finished.

The item itself is OK for the price. This is a "basement" refrigerator for us so I'm probably spoiled with my GE Profile that is our main frig. The installation however I would give a one star. The "team" that did the install was terrible. The man was rude, barely even grunted at us. The woman was very nice and friendly but I don't feel she was very well trained.
