Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator

HORRIBLE SERVICE BY THE GEEK SQUAD

The "Geek Squad" showed up without the straps to lift the refrigerator into my house. Was going to leave before determining if the water line was working. I found out after they left that they hadn't tightened down the water line connection when I had water leaking/spraying behind the fridge. The refrigerator was brought without any packaging around it OTHER than a piece of cardboard taped to the front and the wrap from the manufacturer. They removed the cardboard before bringing it in the house and there are now scratches on the door. They scratched/dug up my floor bringing it into my house. and the refrigerator is making a horrible loud buzzing sound. They never leveled the footings on the fridge.
