The installation went smoothly and everything works well. They took the time to carefully explain how to change the water filter. I am very pleased with the fridge, and the crew that put it in.

The install crew was GREAT; they were knowledgeable and thorough. I couldn't give a 5 because of the screwups with delivery time and emails continuing with upcoming times even after the delivery and installation had been completed! It makes no sense to provide customers with a block of time if you are going to change the time multiple times on the day of delivery including only giving a 15 minute notice that you are coming several hours early.

Installers were very efficient and personable. Came a little late with some delays with other installs. Got it done in less than 30 mins taking old fridge out and putting new fridge in.

The delivery guys were very nice and courteous. They were really careful with the product and also avoided bumping or scratching any surfaces in the house. They knew what they were doing and made installation fast.

The installation was supposed to be delayed but did in fact come when originally promised. The additional instalation kit that was required to purchase, was not needed, but the customer care team was great. The refrigerator is pretty small but the design is fabulous. I love it. If they come up with one just like it, but a little larger, I would buy that one also and have the smaller one as an additional overflow space. Haier - 15.0 Cu. The water hookup kit made it easy to hook up the refrigerator. It is flexible which allows the refrigerator to be pulled out and pushed back in (without worrying about kinking of a stiffer hose). The installers were professional and quick.

The worker made sure the fridge was properly aligned and even.

Delivery guys set my fridge where I wanted, plugged it in, and screwed on the handles. They already took care of unpacking it before hand, so no materials to discard.
