Extremely friendly staff did a great job helping me move the refrigerator up to the 2nd floor of my new home. Extremely professional in getting it installed and working right away. Thank you so much for your help!

I understand liability, but installers refused to install a fridge by the same means that Spouse & I (both very senior citizens) had performed several times with same or marginally larger fridges. YES the doors must be removed. YES I measured and ASKED prior to purchase, measured carefully, and had to install same after their refusal. That's me and my 75 year old husband with replaced shoulders and knees and a bad back. PFUI!!! PS I removed a slightly larger fridge OUT same kitchen so they wouldn't have to... by my own fine self!!!

The 2 gentlemen who arrived, took care of the installation and removal of the old fridge efficiently and flawlessly. They were friendly, masked and total pros. It's always a pleasure to deal with the team at Best Buy.

The refrigerator works great but bad delivery. They damage my wall and refrigerator side pockets. I have to order again from Best Buy. I would recommend the refrigerator to my friend

Guys went through the basic installation with no problems, Everything got hooked up, and it all works great. Only issue is they never removed a lot of the protective plastic inside the fridge, and where it's placed the doors don't open completely enough to remove the trays inside... which you HAVE to do to remove the plastic lol. We'll get to moving the fridge and doing it ourselves eventually, just wish it had been done for us!

We purchased a kit to connect our fridge to water line, and it was installed for us at the time of delivery of our new fridge. It was a simple connection, and for over 30 days, and there have been zero issues. Everything appears to be working properly, I don't expect there to be any problems.

Fast installation, only I felt they should have used a level to have correctly done.

The delivery team was very professional and were able to install the refrigerator quickly and perfectly done. They explained what needed to be done cleaned up and were on there way. Also used mask and kept there distance.

Easy to install. It is appears to being doing the job, It's necessary to get one and was nice to have it delivered with the appliance.

They whisked away our old fridge and delivered and installed the new one quick and easy. Super friendly service, knowledgeable associates and provided all the information needed to get us up and running

The Best Buy fridge guys are awesome and make sure your fridge is running like it’s suppose to.

Very pleased with the delivery and install! They double checked the entry way door and had to remove it off the hinge to get the new fridge in but they double checked everything!!! The team which I cant remember their names was quick and made sure everything fit and took all the debris, boxes and packing materials with them. They made sure everything was up and running before leaving. We have had other deliver/install services from other companies and so far Best Buy install service has been the Best!!!! We will be using their install service again when the time comes for another appliance to be replaced!

Good communication about arrival time. Professional team. They took out professionally a side entrance door of the house to get the freezer into the basement. They left quickly after checking that everything is ok.

The Bedt Buy installers were great - knowledgeable, great care with the product & out kitchen.

Second Installation team, Paul and crew, were very quick, courteous, and professional, they installed the new fridge and haul away the old fridge without any issues.

This Freezer is a great buy. It is so quiet and works so great. This freezer is amazing, and keeps food frozen perfectly. burn. And the price I paid for it during pandemic is a very good price. I will recommend it to a friend.
