The refrigerator is very quiet which is a plus. They should redesign the bottom drawer. The present model is one large bottom drawer and it’s not too good for the senior people. When the drawer is filled up, it’s quite difficult and heavy to open the drawer. They should make it into 2 separate drawers. The stainless steel on the outside is nice.

Good quality hose installed. Not much effort made to level it by first and third crews. Not very difficult to do on your own though. Second crew was very helpful.

the product is a good size for a small family. looks very updated and the gentlemen that installed it the second time was very helpful and informative.

The Whirlpool refrigerator has a lot of cubit feet, excellent ice maker , water display and terrific shelf space .

The installers were GREAT! They were very respectful of our house, kitchen cabinets, and our flooring. They hooked everything up and made sure there were no leaks before they left.

They removed our refrigerator out too quickly to the truck before I the wife was able to make sure that everything was out. When asked if there was anything left in my refrigerator Kevin said he checked it and that there was nothing in it. I realized that we did not have our Ribs and Tony's pizza after getting ready to cook the Ribs. Which was left in the freezer of the dented refrigerator. I said they stole it because Kevin told me that there was nothing left in it when all the time there was. Either that, or they only said that there's was nothing left in it to keep from going back into the truck to check it. Either way, they lied to me. I was skeptical about it but I didn't want to think that Best Buy works with lying crooks. I surely hope not because you're sending them to our house and that's not cool. We will be calling you all today because I hate liars. Also the Refrigerator French Door is still uneven and doesn't close so easily. What is going on? We can't keep having people coming in and out like this. Let's get this right.

Oscar was the best keep me up to date on what was going on while I was at work! No problems! Had to remove my door stopper to get it my fridge in, but they did an awesome job!!!!

The installers for refrigerator on 8/21/20 were a great team. Quick work in installing/professional/clean/gave clear instructions/all great... if all Home deliveries/installations were like this Best But is lucky!

100% worth every cent!!! Very professional installers! They took the time and explained and questions I had after the installation and made sure everything was in working order before leaving my residence.

This refrigerator was installed by a couple of friendly geek squad guys. They accidentally broke one of the wheels on the unit and tried to schedule a service call to fix it. We had to follow up for this to actually happen. I also had to pull out the unit and tighten the water connector, because it was leaking. The wheel was eventually fixed and the refrigerator now works great.
