The installation was quick and without any problem

When the refridgerator was finally installed all went well.

Best Buy’s automated system left something to be desired. Due to weather, I thought there was probably a chance that my install would be changed, but every email and text indicated delivery and install were still on track. When no one arrived within the specified window, it took me 10 minutes to get through all the automated non-sense tonfinally talk to a person. This whole process was very frustrating and required me to take additional time off of work. Once delivery and install did happen, the techs were conscientious, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Great help I would purchase this service becaus I bought a fridge and didn’t know how to install it with a water line

Installation was fast, nest, professional and most of the plastics were taken off so all i uad to do was run water rhru

Geek Squad did an excellent job installing my new refrigerator. My doorways on our 1880 farmhouse are smaller than the new homes, so those guys had a big job getting our new large refrigerator in and set up, but they handled it quickly and professionally.

The two guys that came out with our new set of Appliances were an A1 class act in my book. I'm not used to sitting around and watching but these guys were very nice and professional! The set up our fridge to our exsiting water line and I didn't have to lift a finger

Installation was accomplished quickly and the water line tested before the installers left. Controls were explained. No problems to date.

The guys did great work installing, and took the old refrigerator. The whole process took 10 minutes.

I had my refrigerator delivered previously, but due to an issue with the kitchen, it was not able to be installed. I called best by to have the install completed including hooking up water supply line. My kitchen had some awkward dimensions that would make getting the appliance into the spot difficult but doable. The attitude I got from the delivery personnel was not appreciated, but after some persistence on my part they "gave it a try" and aside from scuffing up my walls a bit they got the fridge installed with about 3 mm to spare and I was happy with the work.

Great refrigerator for the price.. very spacious for a large family.
