I highly recommend them for their knowledge and quickness. It only took them about 20 minutes and they had to remove the doors to the fridge and the door to the house!

The old valve was not working.

The delivery crew did not install it by regulation. It was understood. I had to a Plumber to replace the valve on the wall. The plumber connected and installed the refrigerator. I need to call Best Buy customer service to arrange to pickup the old one. It took several days. It is hard to check if the valve is working or not until removing the old one. I wish the Best Buy can handle it. It cost a lot to do it with plumbers.

Quick Easy Install by Best Buy

We had a water line pre-installed in the wall and all they had to do was connect the stainless steel line and it was all set. The crew made sure everything was ok before they left.
