Would definitely buy appliances from bestbuy again. The installations are basically free except for the hardwares that cost pennies and gas units have a small fee. Its cheaper than my plumbers or movers bringing the units into the house. They moved 2 washers and dryers from the garage to the 1st and second floor around these tight circular stairs with no damage. Best of all, I purchased whole house appliances 1.5 years ahead of time for a new construction and was able to schedule the installation 1.5 years after the purchase. 1 fridge 1 range, 2 washers, 2 dryers, 2 dishwashers.

we purchased a new refrigerator. Installer could not connect water line properly so that water and ice through the door worked. Replacement refrigerator order. When the replacement arrived, it was dented in multiple places. The installer (different from first one) was able to properly connect water line so water and ice through the door worked. Original installer obviously not competent. Waste of our time for two days.

They came and noticed it was too big to fit the door. Quickly made us aware of the situation and we ok'd for them to remove the door. They proceeded and we're carefully able to remove it and bring in the appliance. Installation of appliance was quick and they finished it all off with the photos they needed along with teaching us about the appliance and how to use it. 5/5 service

Delivery guy put the refrigerator inside the garage and said that "It doesn`t fit the entrance door, and I am just a driver can not put the refrigerator in the kitchen!, then left!". Another team came up the second day, they installed the refrigerator, and left without removing types and wraps inside the refrigerator, so when I tried to remove them after a while they stick on the surfaces because of the cold! (I recognized that they need to be removed before or just right after the installation. They don`t get removed easily after they get cold! They should have warned me about this issue!). This is the way how they installed the washer and drier as on pics! When I sent the pics to the installation manager he said that "Is there something wrong!?". I asked the guys if they checked the devices weather they work or not properly a couple of times, they said "yes", but they did not turn the water on and they did not use the parts inside the washer!, so I was going to burn the washer because of attempting using it while the water position is off! I had to reinstall washer and drier once again! Please do not just leave the installation people to handle their work by their self. Give them instructions one by one to make sure things are being handled step by step correctly!

They guys were in and out before ya knew it with no problems and smiling faces.

I had a very frustrating experience with this product and the delivery process with Best Buy. I had to have the refrigerator be sent back and a new one delivered 4 different times due to the product being damaged in some way. Also, the Fridge is wrapped in plastic and each time it was delivered it was removed by the delivery team in a way that left remaining plastic along the edges that would have been very time consuming to remove. The final delivery we had the plastic left on so that we could remove the entire plastic ourselves in a way that didn’t leave residual plastic in the edges. After months of dealing with these issues the fridge is finally installed. It works well and looks pretty but I don’t know if it was worth the 10+ hours spent having to deal with the multiple delivery’s and phone calls with best buy and errors made by best buy along the way. I can’t say I will be purchasing an appliance from Best Buy again.
