Replacement Freezer Delivery

Original driver and helper literally just dropped the first freezer off on 10/1/22 and drove off. Second group on 10/8/22 took time to unbox and set up the new freezer properly and explain about removal of plastic covering and use before leaving, taking the first freezer and all packaging away

Fridge install

We didn’t know if they would be able to fit it through our door because it was such a tight space but they handled it with ease.

They were very professional, knew exactly what they were doing and finished the job in excellent time. I could not have asked for anything more. They did an excellent job!

Delivery on time, Keep the Floor Clean.

But, we have received a phone call from delivery team at 7:45AM and they showed up exactly 8:00AM in the Saturday morning. Quick removed the old one and put the new one in and hook up just 10 minutes. They did awesome job.

Great and fast installation

They called 15 mins before telling that they were on their way. Once they arrived, they installed it fast and gave us a quick preview on how to use our new fridge.

Refrigerator Insatllation

The doors had to be removed for this to work -- and they were. The crew was careful and worked with me to accomplish the installation. There were some questions about what they were allowed to do and not allowed to do -- none of which were presented at the time of purchase or prior to their arrival. But, to their credit, they resolved any issues.

They took great pride in respect for new refrigerator delivery and setup. Went through settings and answered all of my questions. Followed Covid-19 guidelines.
