Installation was quick and efficient. Very happy with our new refrigerator. It was dropped off earlier today and it has been working perfect.

Delivery people were quick to replace waterline to new refrigerator. They were courteous, informative and delivered fridge during window delivery time. They took great care in removing/replacing front door and delivering/installing fridge to kitchen.

Installation of my new refrigerator went extremely smoothly. The guys were able to quickly remove the old one and get my new one installed including connecting it to the water line.

The gentleman took great care in removing the old item and bringing in and connecting the new. They answered all question's!

Refrigerator works great . Does what it needs to do . Love the refrigerator on the top. Pull out door freeze with basket inside does not hold as much food as a regular door freeze.

Delivery was prompt and professional. They quickly navigated a tight doorway without a problem

The installers are licensed professional. Willy and Ernesto are best installer, and updating me every step during the installation.

The geek squad men were friendly and arrived on time. I did not expect to be informed however that they did not think they had the proper equipment or expertise to install my item and I would need to compensate them for expertise outside of what they were contracted and supplied to do. I assumed they would be prepared to complete the installation in any case. They did do it but there were moments of anxiety created that my new refrigerator might need some sort of special plumbing that would require additional service. My new refrigerator is not an unusual one but a popular item from the store according to sales

Works well although it was advertised to have a led light in the top freezer. There is no light.

There wasn't much to do but the tech's delivered without incident, very carefully and all is good

They put the refrigerator in very quickly and got it to fit in my built in space They were able to hook it up and get the water connected very quickly.

The delivery guys were very nice and courteous. They were really careful with the product and also avoided bumping or scratching any surfaces in the house. They knew what they were doing and made installation fast.

INSTALLERS DID A TERRIFIC JOB!!! I WOULD RECOMEND THEM ANY TIME!!!

After installation, I noticed a difference from the wall to the refrigerator at the bottom and top and decided to use my level to make sure the refrigerator was leveled, it turned out it wasn't. After a lot of effort and toil and attempts with the help of my wife, it even turned out that whatever we do with the front legs of the refrigerator that are adjustable nothing we can do because the problem turned out to be just behind where the other legs are that are not adjustable and there we had an unleveled tile. So after a lot of effort we managed to push the rest of the plate from another type of floor and we managed to level the refrigerator exactly as they should have done. All these efforts and annoyances were because I know that not well leveled refrigerator or whatever can lead to many problems in the future! In my opinion, the question is not just to come and unload the product, to place it and to take some approximately acceptable or rather unacceptable forms and to leave and leave everything just like that. Disrespectful and contemptuous!

Install went well and quickly. Installers were courteous.
