Good appliance, poor installation

They could not hook up the ice maker due to a different connection but told us to buy the converter connector and they would come back and finish the job at no charge. We purchased the new connector, and a difference team showed up. The new team came super early, took one looks at the new connector and told us we nee A plumber and left within 5 minutes! They were rude and never did finish the leveling of the refrigerator. My brother came and hooked up the ice maker, but it’s slow when on water mode, and the refrigerator is still not leveled. I am unhappy.

Required when doing installations, but is definitely a smart time to replace that part. Works as it should and you know that it’s new so it shouldn’t have any problems for a while

Efficient setup

They came in - assessed the access - had to remove front door to get refrigerator in - but everything replaced quickly. Did not clean up very well and did not remove any of the tape etc from the refrigerator. The dropdown for rating the individual items did not work - could only get fair to show that is not what I would rate. Using my Apple MacBook
