100% worth every cent!!! Very professional installers! They took the time and explained and questions I had after the installation and made sure everything was in working order before leaving my residence.

Delivery was super easy. The team sent a link to track my delivery. They showed up exactly at 11am just as the link said. They were quick to move the freezer and no issues. Highly recommend!

The guys was on time. The install refrigerator was done without any problems.

The delivery people quick and efficient and knew what they were doing. You could tell they had done this many times before. They had the fridge unboxed, brought in my house, hooked up the water line to supply the water and ice dispenser and plugged it in in no time.

The installers for refrigerator on 8/21/20 were a great team. Quick work in installing/professional/clean/gave clear instructions/all great... if all Home deliveries/installations were like this Best But is lucky!

Were very careful not to scratch our floor or dent our products which was my experience with a different company that sold us our original products. The Best Buy guys that came out to deliver my refrigerator were awesome! They were super careful not to bump the doors and walls, and were really careful about my hardwood floors that had just been finished. Quick set-up[, with everything working before they left. Great job!

The Bespoke refrigerator is so beautiful and so well designed on both the interior and exterior. Very roomy on the inside. I love the glass doors!

The old water valve was broken. The delivery crew did not install it by regulation. It was understood. I had to a Plumber to replace the valve on the wall. The plumber connected and installed the refrigerator. I need to call Best Buy customer service to arrange to pickup the old one. It took several days. It is hard to check if the valve is working or not until removing the old one. I wish the Best Buy can handle it. It cost a lot to do it with plumbers.
