Installation was quick. Was able to get everything installed with the exception of my microwave due to space.

The guys unlosed this and installed it super fast. The eere professional and respectful and wore masks since covid was pretty bad at the time.

There's nothing as efficient as the Geek Squad. They do their job quickly and flawlessly and answer any questions before they go. A great job as always.

The 2 people worked very efficiently. They measured our home before they took out our fridge and brought the new one in to make sure everything fit. They made sure to be very careful not to make any damage. The set the fridge up and showed me how to use my new fridge. There is a lot of tech involved now. They also took my old fridge. I highly recommend.

I was pleased with the leveling and the manager I talked to that is why I gave the 5 star. I was not pleased at all with the 1st install when I got the refrigerator. The installer did not not anything except get it in the door and plugged it in. He did not take any of the packing out of the inside. when it should of been before he installed it. Also, he did not hook up the waterline. He said that it was not part of the install. Later I find out it was and Jennifer a manager at the Northcrest store in Fort Wayne took care of everything. I was happy how she took care of it.

The two installers were respectful and quick. They shared knowledge about the product that was helpful. I would use BB installation in the future because of their expertise.

great people. They were nice. They did a good job for the most part. The only issue was the water spill when removing the old fridge which was not really their fault, but they did not clean the water. They kinda just slid the fridge in its place which could have been an issue because I have wood floors. Lucky I pulled the fridge back to check the connections before I started to use it.

The installers for our new refrigerator were very professional and did a great job. They knew what to do and they carried the refrigerator in to ensure that they did not damage our floors.

Installation staff was very professional. They installed the waterline correct the first time. I was worried as I have had bad experiences with other companies but Best Buy's team seemed like they were well trained and knew what they were doing.
