Amazing deal. Perfect size, deep with self basket. Love the inside light.

They within the time window we were given. We received several emails and phone calls with status of arrival. They knew how to remove to old unit and bring in the new on We had one issue with the water connection with the old unit. They could not disconnect the old house at the wall. We were able to turn the water off and disconnect at another connection. It took them less than one hour to remove the old and install the new.

Very nice, very spacious and very quiet. The installation went great.

I am a builder and have to coordinate quite a few new appliance installs with my buyers. I have found the Best Buy/ Pacific Sales crews to be very professional. We rarely, if ever, have a call back problem with them.

I can't give 5 stars even though my refrigerator was delivered on time and they were very nice and quick. I was told that it would take a little bit to get ice and how to dispense the water, but they never checked to see if everything was in working order I'm assuming because we can't get water or ice. We are having to try to look it up ourselves since it is the weekend and they don't work on weekends evidently.

The refrigerator/Freezer Installation was exactly that I need it and the technicians did a good job.

The two delivery guys were quick and courteous, and had me up and running in no time. They made the delivery experience really awesome with good conversation in between.

Worst "installation" I have ever had. In fact, it was just a poorly done delivery. To start with I did not receive a call the day before confirming delivery, I got a text message just 6 minutes before they arrived. Then when I went outside I saw them unpacking the wrong refrigerator. They put that refrigerator back on the truck and strapped it down with nothing between the metal buckle and the front of the frig. They brought mine inside and then couldn't figure out how to plug it in (childproof outlet). When I got behind the frig to plug it in they suddenly announced they were leaving and that if I had any problems to call it in. The frig had not been leveled, the packing on and inside had not been removed. The frig itself is great, the "installation" was a total worthless joke.

Kyle came and did my delivery as well as installation of my refrigerator and dishwasher. He was wonderful! Very knowledgeable about both items and was in and out in no time flat.

very good refrigerator, working as I wish, silent and efficient

Nice refrigerator which we use for our refreshments in the lower level of our home. Wish that it had a light in the freezer but overall it is an excellent appliance for the money.

The installers arrived on time, and had to carry the refrigerator and the old one around the house to find a door wide enough. They worked quickly and did a good job of unpackaging, installation and cleaning up.
