Driver and helper delivered and set it up a brand-new freezer. Original driver and helper literally just dropped the first freezer off on 10/1/22 and drove off. Second group on 10/8/22 took time to unbox and set up the new freezer properly and explain about removal of plastic covering and use before leaving, taking the first freezer and all packaging away

They were quick and efficient, explained the process and use of product. Were very careful not to scratch our floor or dent our products which was my experience with a different company that sold us our original products. They provided Night and day service from the other store we used 5 years ago, will always come back to Best Buy for their quality service from purchase to install.

On time delivery. The installers were courteous and did a great job with no mess. Our house is not the easiest to get a large appliance into and they did a terrific job.

The guy that did the installation did an excellent job.

Fast and efficient installation marred by a leveling problem which has never been resolved. I was told that the problem would be reported and I would be contacted by Best Buy to address it and a solution offered to remedy the problem but I was never contacted as promised.

The install never happened. Because of my old copper connections. At the end I end up connecting my fridge and got my money back.

We love this fridge, it is spacious and has quite a few bells and whistles. The installers were awesome.

Geek Squad did an excellent job installing my new refrigerator. My doorways on our 1880 farmhouse are smaller than the new homes, so those guys had a big job getting our new large refrigerator in and set up, but they handled it quickly and professionally.

I had my refrigerator delivered previously, but due to an issue with the kitchen, it was not able to be installed. I called best by to have the install completed including hooking up water supply line. My kitchen had some awkward dimensions that would make getting the appliance into the spot difficult but doable. The attitude I got from the delivery personnel was not appreciated, but after some persistence on my part they "gave it a try" and aside from scuffing up my walls a bit they got the fridge installed with about 3 mm to spare and I was happy with the work.

This was a good appliance purchase. Delivery went well and all appliances are still working. I would purchase Whirlpool appliances again in the future from Best Buy and would have Geek Squad install.

The delivery guys were perfect. They didn’t damage any part of the home taking away the defective unit. The new came in perfectly.

The 2 men that delivered my Refrigerator did a great job. The main guy that talked to me and it seemed might be training the second man, was very nice and professional. I am glad I had it delivered and set up. I didn't have the ice maker so not much to set up, but they removed all the packaging before bringing it into my house. They also removed my old refrigerator and did a great job with that.

Good professional installation. Prior communication with scheduling the installation was quick and prompt. Delivery was on time and they did a good job.

The two guys that came out with our new set of Appliances were an A1 class act in my book. I'm not used to sitting around and watching but these guys were very nice and professional! The set up our fridge to our exsiting water line and I didn't have to lift a finger
