Best Buy installation guys are great

Buy TotalTech: It’s worth it!

Manufacturer needs to supply better info about the product functions and specifics regarding installation. Due to supply issues, poor quality control, and uninformed installer I had lots of problems with it. Seems to be okay for now- 3 weeks in. Because TotalTech was diligent I finally received a good refrigerator!

Very smooth very black

They couldn't get it in the front door and we're canceling the order then I asked them to try the back door. They helped my husband remove the back door then brought it in. 20 minutes later ice walker was hooked up and ready to go. Bottom on fridge is scratched so I'd suggest keeping it in the box until it's fully inside the house. This is not the one I ordered so they will return it and deliver the correct one on January 14th when it becomes available. Call to check "in stock" before ordering online, the information shown online was incorrect and we spent Thanksgiving week without a fridge.
