Installers were great, did their job efficiently and a good job.

Installation of refrigerator was completed after some problem solving on how to get the unit past some small areas. The doors had to be removed for this to work -- and they were. The crew was careful and worked with me to accomplish the installation. There were some questions about what they were allowed to do and not allowed to do -- none of which were presented at the time of purchase or prior to their arrival. But, to their credit, they resolved any issues.

All good. I did have to fix a leaking saddle valve under the sink after the Geek Squad left. We used the original water line for the ice maker. My Granddaughter is happy with the fridge and there are no issues

The installers did a great job moving my existing refrigerator to the garage and installing my new one. They checked that all the features of the new one worked and showed me how to operate it.

The team that came to install was quick and efficient. As there is no icemaker in this fridge, it was literally putting it in place and plugging it in.

I like the look of the stainless steel but if it’s that easy to dent I may have second thoughts. It took 3 replacements before we got one that wasn't damaged from were ever they get them.

They brought the fridge in and plugged it in! This service was necessary for me, they do not change the position of the door handle with the badic service unfortunately

Initial set up seemed fine. Needed some fine tuning. Doors are uneven and fridge is slightly I'm off balance and not leveled.

In general the technicians were friendly and doing all it takes to get it installed properly. At times when they feel the product may not fit in the given area, they should better measure all necessary things before even they start. In my case, I have to remove some stuff from the wall to get this fit which they could have informed me before disconnecting the old one and dismantle the new one. Finally worked out on a plan for them to complete the installation.

The installers were fantastic.! They worked great as a team, and were outstanding in taking extra care to ensure nothing was damaged and that everything was working.

The workmen hooked up the refrigerator with no problems. They were very professional and courteous!

Three ppl came for delivery and installation, I have to admit that the refrigerator is so heavy to move out and in, I paid for removal fee though. Thanks for these ppl and their hard working! The installation is fast and get it done well.
