The Best Buy guys unpacked my fridge outside carried in carefully then attached hose for water and slid my fridge back and made sure there was room for both doors to open and adjusted position of fridge for full opening.

The refrigerator is quiet and that is what I wanted. It is smaller than my old one but works for me and has the freezer at the bottom which I like.

They were awesome and fast. Careful and respectful. Very appreciated knowledgeable install. Training someone well in the process. So far the product is better than expected.

Delivery was early/on-time. The installers asked me to inspect the item after they unloaded and before they installed it. They worked quickly & efficiently.

Set up and delivery was great but there was no explanation of how the controls work and I still am not sure if I have the correct settings for the refrigerator and freezer. I am just guessing as to the correct settings. The manual that came with the frig is no help either since there is no information on the settings as to the value of each setting.

installation was quick and easy, I had everything out of the way and had already moved the old fridge out. the installers were courteous, called ahead and were on time to my surprise.

Refrigerator install was necessary for a large refrigerator I purchased. They disassembled it and brought it up to my kitchen on the second level. They reassembled it without ant problems.
