The guys that installed were fast and on time in installing our fridge. They called 15 mins before telling that they were on their way. Once they arrived, they installed it fast and gave us a quick preview on how to use our new fridge.

My installers did a fantastic job. My home has a challenging entry way but they were still got it in with no damage to the fridge or my home.

Delivery was excellent, on time, and no damage to interior while removing old refrigerator and installing the new one.

Delivery and installation was impeccable. Persons were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Install was quick and flawless and instructions in use were clear and concise.

I was pleased with the leveling and the manager I talked to that is why I gave the 5 star. I was not pleased at all with the 1st install when I got the refrigerator. The installer did not not anything except get it in the door and plugged it in. He did not take any of the packing out of the inside. when it should of been before he installed it. Also, he did not hook up the waterline. He said that it was not part of the install. Later I find out it was and Jennifer a manager at the Northcrest store in Fort Wayne took care of everything. I was happy how she took care of it.

Delivery and installation was a breeze. My new refrigerator was unwrapped, installed, and in perfect order upon delivery. Arrival was right within the window given for the day.

The installers communicated beforehand and were on time. They were also fast, careful, and courteous. The new refrigerator was in place and working in a half hour tops.

The Best Buy delivery people set up my refrigerator and connected everything. They were very professional, knew exactly what they were doing and finished the job in excellent time. I could not have asked for anything more. They did an excellent job!

We love this refrigerator. I can’t even think of anything I would want changed!

on time delivery, quick install, item works just fine and am happy with item. it is a refrigerator, it does what it is supposed to do. it is quiet and keeps the food cold

Installation went smoothly. Only issue was they didn’t call or text to let me know they were coming.

Set up new refrigerator. Answer all our questions. Gave us advise on stocking and proper ventilation of new unit.

It's so simple, you just plug it in, I did have to level it a bit but that was so easy, It's easily adjustable at the bottom. The first one I ordered the guys were so cool, great people. I had to return it, and get a new one. The second set of guys.. the driver was horrible, he acted as if I did not need to return it, was upset with me and just left it there in the box in my garage. That's why I know how easy it is to set up. :-) The taller guy was so nice, the shorter guy needs to find a job he's happy with, clearly he's not a happy guy.

Excellent freezer except for frame stability. Unit slides, wobbles when door is opened.

They estimates time between 8-12. But, we have received a phone call from delivery team at 7:45AM and they showed up exactly 8:00AM in the Saturday morning. Quick removed the old one and put the new one in and hook up just 10 minutes. They did awesome job.

What can you say it is what it is! Required when doing installations, but is definitely a smart time to replace that part. Works as it should and you know that it’s new so it shouldn’t have any problems for a while

the crew were great. They installed the one fridge, and moved the other to the garage. They made it look easy. The crew was polite and respectful.

Delivery was excellent. We had a not easy load in with tough outdoor terrain and narrow doorways and the guys still quickly, carefully and politely brought it in and set it up even removing the frig doors to get it in through a very narrow doorway. One of the better delivery experiences I have had.
