no issues with installation. everything done as asked. explanation of product well received and understood. number left if i had any questions later.

I was very pleased with installation...they texted 30 min before arriving, were on time, left area clean..took away old fridge.

Crew did a great job! didn't scrape anything on the fridge or walls or floor when installing. Removed all the packing- debris when done.

Didn't leak yet so all's good I suppose. This was possibly the only positive event of this particular Best Buy experience. I just had to buy another fridge for a rental unit and went to Lowes rather than deal with BB again.

I have to say the gentlemen who came to our home to deliver our new fridge and hook up our water line were wonderfully professional. They were kind, and cared not only about the product they were delivering, but they cared about my home. The gentleman who connected everything made absolutely 100% sure everything was working properly before I signed the paperwork and they called it done. The water didn't come out of the refrigerator right away, but he let me know that it happens and takes a moment. We waited and waited and finally we struck water! The point I'm making is they didn't just install and leave. They made sure everything worked properly and that I was satisfied. THIS is the reason we continue to purchase products at Best Buy -- Excellent Customer Service!

I think this is an easy installation compare to other appliances. Basically, it just moves in, plugs the outlet, and connects the waterline. I am happy with their workmanship.

After initial issues and speaking with manager at store, the delivery crew that finally came to install/replace refrigerator was quick, friendly and expedient. Answered our questions revolving initial set-up. Very helpful.

Two of the nicest guys delivered our new refrigerator, connected everything, and took the old one out to the garage so it could be recycled...highly recommended!
