The installers did a great job, guiding the refrigerator into our 1940's house which is not an open space area. Removed our old refrigerator and hooked up our water line. These guys were great.

Great refrigerator for the price. I thought I was never going to find one that would fit in the small space available in my 1969 trailer.

From the time of purchase to when they promised delivery was very fast. One problem is that they were super late in delivery that day. Should have been there around 1pm, so I left work early, but they did not get there till 6pm. But once he was there, the one guy was very efficient and knowledgeable on the Fridge and its working capabilities. He had a helper with him that pretty much did nothing and this is why he was late, he explained. The one guy was very professional and helpful. Worth my deliver fee.

Both installers were professional and did an excellent job setting up item quickly. Fridge works great, and they even gave info on use and features.

We had a great experience in the store. A 3rd party was used to deliver the freezer. It arrived on schedule. When it was unboxed it had damage. We would have kept it but it was damaged by the control so we opted to have another one delivered. The delivery team took pictures, left the unit and said we would be contacted the next day. We were not contacted within 3 days so we called the store. They were helpful and apologetic. It was set up for exchange and that one was perfect. Anyone can have an issue but when it is resolved quickly and professionally it is almost more impressive than when nothing goes wrong.

Awesome two guys. Very professional! They removed old refrigerator to garage and installed new one in space in kitchen. Wasn’t easy!!

I bought a freezer from Best Buy when it arrived and the delivery men unboxed it the freezer was damaged. They replaced it quickly.

The guys who delivered the refrigerator were great. They worked great as a team. I was impressed with their knowledge. They detected a problem with the hose connecting to the fridge immediately so that water did not pour all over the place. The plastic hose had a hole in it and they could hear the water behind the range after just having it on for a second. So glad they caught it. They moved the existing fridge down to the basement without a problem.

If you're having the techs installing your existing water line make sure it's a 1/4" to a 1/4". There is no other attachments that come with it. My only issue is i had an existing line, but had to buy attachments to taper from 1/2", so i paid for a service that i didn't get.

Great! Good service and delivery! Hopefully this fridge will last .
