This was my 3rd refrigerator installation and they actually knew what they were doing.

Two of the nicest guys delivered our new refrigerator, connected everything, and took the old one out to the garage so it could be recycled...highly recommended!

The man who installed my LG refrigerator was quick and he knows what he is doing. He instructed us what to do with the water and ice before using them.

The water hookup kit made it easy to hook up the refrigerator. It is flexible which allows the refrigerator to be pulled out and pushed back in (without worrying about kinking of a stiffer hose). The installers were professional and quick.

The delivery went very smooth and timely. Installation was easy.

The installation gentlemen were excellent. They went over the refrigerator and explained everything. My issues is with Best Buy and the horrible customer service I received or lack of service. One your can’t call the store directly, it took over one hour three times on the phone trying to deal with this repair. It is like Best Buy does not care about the customers time after the purchase. I can not get anyone from management to call me about my concerns. As far as I am concerned I will take my business else where and make sure others know how Best Buy treats customers after the sale.

Rafael was a tremendously good technician who connected the line from the refrigerator to the in house water line and then calmly waited 5 minutes while concerned wife waited for a drippy leak. It didn't happen. Great man.

Mike and Ken were prompt, professional and they knew exactly what they were doing. They did a great job with removal and installation.

If you're having the techs installing your existing water line make sure it's a 1/4" to a 1/4". There is no other attachments that come with it. My only issue is i had an existing line, but had to buy attachments to taper from 1/2", so i paid for a service that i didn't get.

the installers were courteous, efficient and listened to our concerns. there wasn't much to installing the water supply, but they completed the connection without any problem. it has been 15 days and no leaks.

Well done installation. Good teamwork, efficient, fast, and they came well equiped. They left a clean space too.
