Poor quality, Customer Svc started good, to FAIL!

It was delivered quickly, and the price was fair. We noticed that it was overly loud like there was something wrong, so we called to see if it could be fixed. They quickly just replaced the refrigerator, and we were wowed! And then a week later something went wrong with the water filter, the water smelled bad and the system was extremely loud [previously not loud] like something was not connected properly while using the water dispenser [ice is funky too] We called Best Buy back [which we never do] and they said ... Call the Manufacturer, no other assistance. As you can imagine I'm still "On Hold". Not super impressed...

Grabbed it and had it delivered / installed. They did a great job.
