Installation team was great. They were on time, took the doors off to get the fridge in without damaging anything, and the haul away was done as expected.

Well, all they had to do was unwrap it and plug it in. But they did a great job and were very nice and professional.

I am very happy with the service I got from the delivery / installation team that brought the refrigerator to my place. They came on time and did the complete work with great efficiency. No issues at all. And everything worked out very well.

The 2-man crew who came to install the fridge were very professional. They told me step by step what was being done & gave a brief intro to using it when installation was complete. They left everything clean and didnt scratch walls or doors! A+!

I like the product and fits perfectly but make sure asked delivery people for fitting.

It was working good when was connected and have no problem

I can't give 5 stars even though my refrigerator was delivered on time and they were very nice and quick. I was told that it would take a little bit to get ice and how to dispense the water, but they never checked to see if everything was in working order I'm assuming because we can't get water or ice. We are having to try to look it up ourselves since it is the weekend and they don't work on weekends evidently.

The two delivery guys were quick and courteous, and had me up and running in no time. They made the delivery experience really awesome with good conversation in between.

The techs that installed my refrigerator where great. They had my old refrigerator out and the new one installed quickly. They made sure I was satisfied with the installation before they left answering any questions I had about the product.

There's not much they really had to do as I already had everything ready to plug in and go but they got the huge fridge in quickly and without needing any help from me. They were also super friendly which is a bonus.

The Freezer arrived on time and was delivered in top condition, then installed, checked out for opperation. Good Job.

Usually something I'd do myself, when I had the Best Buy crew deliver and install my fridge, I had them hook up the water line while they were at it. It hasn't leaked, so I'd say that was a successful installation and a worthwhile option.

They within the time window we were given. We received several emails and phone calls with status of arrival. They knew how to remove to old unit and bring in the new on We had one issue with the water connection with the old unit. They could not disconnect the old house at the wall. We were able to turn the water off and disconnect at another connection. It took them less than one hour to remove the old and install the new.

The crew removed the old refrigerator and installed the new one in our second floor apartment in about 20 minutes. The crew was pleasant, helpful, efficient and thorough. Highest rating!

The guys were on time, courteous and efficient. Install of the fridge, waterline kit and removal of the old refrigerator was completed in about 40 minutes. Great job.
