Hookup is free. They did a good job installing new water line and now if anything goes wrong it's on them. Nothing is going to go wrong though, they did it right. Why wouldn't you let them do it.

Refrigerator is fine so far but the delivery team did not have the proper tools to change the door hinges so now they are scheduled to come back next week. This is the replacement refrigerator since the first exact same one, the freezer door did not seal properly. The sales rep at Best Buy was very helpful. Don’t know if I can recommend this product since I need to see if freezer will seal.

He has had it about a year now and it is just now starting to give him some issues but overall it is still working

Delivery and hook up was sensational. Very professional delivery men. They all wore there masks. Removed my old refrigerator with such care and installed my new one. Would highly recommend.

I purchased this particular fridge to put in the garage just to storage extra groceries and Modelo lol. Not bad for the price!

Both guys were friendly and efficient. Unloaded freezer and put handles on and packed up trash and boxes. Also took old refrigerator..

The men that delivered our refrigerator were not very professional. Only one spoke broken English at best! When we asked them to make the doors even height the one who didn’t speak any English was rather rude about it! Sorry but those doors have to be even or it will not function properly! We were to get a new water line and they just looked at us when we told them that! So who got the new one?

Apprentice technician was in charge of setting up appliance while lead tech worked on reversing swing of dryer door. All good but refrigerator was left on rollers so when I access it, it rolls towards me.

Thank goodness the team that delivers was able to set it up for me, and the inside is a great size to wash heavy loads like blankets.

Abner and his partner were on time. The old refrigerator was removed and the new refrigerator were installed within a very, very short time. The quality of service is impeccable. Their presence gave me the confidence I could trust their competence i.e., the effective and efficient operation.

The installation was quick and the laborers were both extremely friendly. I was informed about do's and don'ts of my new appliance including maintenance, how to clean it, and how to get the most out of it. They fully installed everything as expected without a fuss. They were in and out in maybe 40 min max after installing 3 major appliances. They even had to remove the front door to get the appliances in the house, but did so with ease, then making sure everything was lined up and attached back to it's original position. Nothing was damaged or scratched in the process. I will 100% recommend the installation to everyone.

The guys that delivered and set up the new refrigerator were quick, efficient and helpful. They arrived on time and were very careful when moving through my house. They took extra care to make sure the water line was hooked up properly.

It was installed perfectly fine, and it works. There is a bit more to it though. I'm not sure whether to address it here or in a separate review, but the guy who brought it in and did the hook up did not have it fully ready to use. There's all kinds of foam and tape on the inside of the fridge that he didn't take out and it's really hard for me and my mom to reach all the way back there and get it. He hooked it up and dashed out the door. To me, he should have done everything, including peeling off the tape and foam.
