The delivery guy just left the refrigerator where it was supposed to go but told me that the rest of the set-up was on me!! I couldn't finish installing the shelves so I called Best Buy and the Customer Service lady was so nice by immediately sending another technician that knew what his job entailed! All is well now.

dented door upon delivery

We know what a hassle it is to return/exchange anything, so we are keeping this fridge as we don't have a back up...the water line is an existing line, so that part was a piece of cake when hooking up the water line for the fridge.

The first was scratched They were in such a hurry they didn’t even remove tape inside refrigerator I’ve had appliances delivered 3 times (bundle purchase) and none took care of doing a good job Waiting on range ordered in July. What a mess trying to communicate That’s another story!

We are very happy with everything from picking out our black stainless steel refrigerator the hookup of the water line.
