The frig is noisier than my old Whirlpool frig The top door for the freezer was not installed right by the delivery people, letting the freezer ice up at the crack between the door and inside the freezer.

The delivery and installation of our new refrigerator was very efficient and professional. The men were very polite, helpful, and handled everything perfectly, including taking our old refrigerator out to our garage. We were very happy with the process, and appreciated the friendly, helpful technicians.

Not 'ready to use'. The refrigerator came with dents in the front, and a defect in the freezer drawer - all very noticeable. We were offered a refund which we refused. Parts to replace the dented sections came a week later. Install was fine. We should have gotten a discount for the condition of the fridge. Also, it comes wrapped in plastic which was taken off outside, so I don't know if it came from the used warehouse. // Parts came and the fridge works. However, it does not have soft-close doors, so be aware of that. Also, there is a light that stays on all the time.

Delivery was early/on-time. The installers asked me to inspect the item after they unloaded and before they installed it. They worked quickly & efficiently.

Got here on time, left no mess and everything worked. Better than a 4 not quite a 5 - had to figure out a few things on my own about basic operation of the fridge

The installation crew that came in was simply amazing. Yerandi and Geraldo were puntual, professional and knowledgeable. Our kitchen requires a tight squeeze to put the appliance in and they knew exactly what to do to make it fit without scratching any walls or cabinets. Super satisfied with this service!

The installation was great. The movers helped with the old refrigerator and helped set up the new one. Explained the process before entering home and everything went well.
