Outstanding. Awesome. True professionalism. I purchased a new refrigerator that needed to have both door handles removed as well as the freezers door removed in order that the appliance be delivered into my home. The refrigerator doors [all three of them] were removed with such expertise and no scratches. Delivery was perfect and set up of our new refrigerator was amazing. No hiccups and I’m so very happy for the great service that we received. We are happy campers with the install and delivery.

The gentlemen that showed up to deliver and install the fridge were great! They showed up on time, were courteous, and got the fridge installed quickly.

They arrived at the beginning of the estimated time range and were extremely fast. Everything was cleaned up and I had a beautiful ew stove and microwave installed.

Great service! The techs were very careful, respectful, and experienced. The install went smoothly and they were able to take our old fridge out and install the new one in less than 30 minutes. I would HIGHLY recommend getting the install and haul-away service. It saves you all the hassle of doing either yourself while saving loads of time.

The installers did a great job, guiding the refrigerator into our 1940's house which is not an open space area. Removed our old refrigerator and hooked up our water line. These guys were great.

I love my fridge! I have an odd shaped house which made install difficult, but Anthony and Tim were miracle workers. Very professional!

The men worked quickly and were professional and courteous. They explained the item to me.

Adequate installation. Did not like that they left without removing all the styrofoam packaging inside the refrigerator, or left the plastic protective wrap on most of the refrigerator. These guys did what I consider the most basic of delivery. They did not show the same outgoing personality and enthusiasm that I have gotten accustomed to from Best Buy Delivery Personnel.

I absolutely positively love this refrigerator. It has been outstanding from day one.

Installation team was great. They were on time, took the doors off to get the fridge in without damaging anything, and the haul away was done as expected.

Delivery and installation went smoothly. They had to bring the refrigerator up to the second floor, which was a challenge, but they worked through it.

The guys who delivered the fridge connected the water line without and issues. It didn't cost us anything which is always a good thing. Make sure you run a few liters of water through the line first before you use it or drink any of it.

I love the ability to track the truck as it is on the way to your house.
