They were attentive to the attachment of new handles, hooked up water dispenser. Joe called before arriving to give me ample time to get refrigerator ready for switch. Joe was punctual, arriving at 9:00 a.m. sharp. I so appreciated their promptness. I want to express gratitude to BestBuy contracting with a company that cares about excellent customer service.

Before leaving, the delivery team ensured that my daughter was completely satisfied with the freezers location and electrical connection.

Best Buy...THE MOST CAPABLE INSTALLERS.

Bought the new water line, they installed it 1-2-3, and had water to the door immediately and ice soon after. Way to go BEST BUY installers.

They brought in fridge and installed the icemaker line very quickly. Everything went smoothly it was noted t by at the fridge had a dent and a new door was ordered.
