Built in fridge was big. Installation was tough. Best Buy had 4 big strong guys and together they made it work. I was surprised how quick it got done.

They within the time window we were given. We received several emails and phone calls with status of arrival. They knew how to remove to old unit and bring in the new on We had one issue with the water connection with the old unit. They could not disconnect the old house at the wall. We were able to turn the water off and disconnect at another connection. It took them less than one hour to remove the old and install the new.

The installation was perfect and smooth. The mechanics were knowledgeable.

The two guys that delivered and installed the appliance were careful and made sure to check everything for leaks and proper operation. They also took the time to cover all of the features of the ice maker and filter.

After all was said and done, i finally received my replacement refrigerator and i love it. Thanks to the Appliance manager at the B/B in Cordova Mall.

Installer took really good care including taking out from truck and moving inside home and completed installation without any issues. Also explained what I need to do after first use.

I bought this Refrigerator because the one I had for the last 19 years stopped working. The bonus is there is more room for beverages. I also got it at a great price.

The young men that delivered and installed were amazing. They were efficient, professional, and kept things clean.

Worst "installation" I have ever had. In fact, it was just a poorly done delivery. To start with I did not receive a call the day before confirming delivery, I got a text message just 6 minutes before they arrived. Then when I went outside I saw them unpacking the wrong refrigerator. They put that refrigerator back on the truck and strapped it down with nothing between the metal buckle and the front of the frig. They brought mine inside and then couldn't figure out how to plug it in (childproof outlet). When I got behind the frig to plug it in they suddenly announced they were leaving and that if I had any problems to call it in. The frig had not been leveled, the packing on and inside had not been removed. The frig itself is great, the "installation" was a total worthless joke.

Installation was successful. Installers were polite and appeared knowledgeable.

The crew removed the old refrigerator and installed the new one in our second floor apartment in about 20 minutes. The crew was pleasant, helpful, efficient and thorough. Highest rating!

Kyle came and did my delivery as well as installation of my refrigerator and dishwasher. He was wonderful! Very knowledgeable about both items and was in and out in no time flat.

I made this purchase in Hickory NC. I received the help I ask for and wasn't pushed into a decision. Everything went great on the delivery two young men delivered the freezer. Went over everything with me. Cleaned all packaging. Theywas super polite. Happy customer.

Arturo did an excellent job of installing new refrigerator. Was careful removing a door and avoiding furniture while removing old fridge and bringing in new.

I was essentially scammed by the delivery system they offer. They delivered the new refrigerator, but instead of taking the old one, they left it in the middle of my kitchen. The old one was an LG French door, very similar to the new one, except it was Samsung. The delivery guy was in a hurry and said he couldn’t install the new one, so he just walked out while I was asking him for advice and if he had the customer service number. He completely ignored me and walked out, leaving the new fridge in the middle of my kitchen. I had to call a private company to come and install the new fridge and take the old one out, which I had paid extra $150 to Best Buy for that exact service.

the delivery, installation of the new refrigerator was done without a hitch. it was regular business as usual work for the guys.
