Nice refrigerator which we use for our refreshments in the lower level of our home. Wish that it had a light in the freezer but overall it is an excellent appliance for the money.

I was essentially scammed by the delivery system they offer. They delivered the new refrigerator, but instead of taking the old one, they left it in the middle of my kitchen. The old one was an LG French door, very similar to the new one, except it was Samsung. The delivery guy was in a hurry and said he couldn’t install the new one, so he just walked out while I was asking him for advice and if he had the customer service number. He completely ignored me and walked out, leaving the new fridge in the middle of my kitchen. I had to call a private company to come and install the new fridge and take the old one out, which I had paid extra $150 to Best Buy for that exact service.

The refrigerator/Freezer Installation was exactly that I need it and the technicians did a good job.

Install was flawless and the technicians were very helpful.

While the tubes I had were capable of moving to new unit, workers showed me why I should go with new one. They were also VERY good at getting new unit in house -- had to take part of screen door off -- but they did it rather than damage something!

Mike and Ken were prompt, professional and they knew exactly what they were doing. They did a great job with removal and installation.

I have an older model single wide mobile home with no water hook ups so the install was easy. If i did have hook ups they would have set that up too. The team was very fast and treated me and my son in a professional and friendly manner. I should also mention that they did the install in a few tens of minutes and even called ahead of time.

The crew that came was prepared and very detailed, including making sure all shelving in the fridge was leveled properly. Delivery Men did not have time to move the door to the other side as I had requested when ordering this frig. They did not know the freezer had a crack in it since they didn't stay while I took out a mountain of packing material and tape. They basically plugged the frig in, took my old one out and left. When I scheduled someone to come out and move the door - I mentioned the crack in the freezer and sent a photo. He decided I needed to have the frig replaced. So I'm still waiting for that to happen. It's been a month now and I am not amused. Total time will be 8 or 9 weeks from order date to final delivery.

Delivery of new refrigerator. The delivery was very professional. They were super nice, cleaned up after and courtesy.

It took several tries to get the correct ice maker delivered and installed but it finally was completed and is good. Final installation was excellent

There's not much they really had to do as I already had everything ready to plug in and go but they got the huge fridge in quickly and without needing any help from me. They were also super friendly which is a bonus.

Every refrigerator purchase should include installation. Why is it an option? It was unboxed, the front door was removed, it was carried into position and connected for service, and then leveled. The front door was reinstalled. My old refrigerator was carried into the garage and the new box taken away. All DONE. The ad is confusing to say free installation for $29.99. It was free by using my existing water line. Check for FREE installation.
