Delivery/installers guys got the job done but not without issues. For example, the installer strongly insisted that the frig doors were not adjustable (for proper alignment.) He actually told us we needed to place a shim underneath the entire unit to do so! We had to prove him wrong by finding the proper (and straightforward) alignment procedure in the owners manual. This guy claimed to be an expert and to "Trust me." Yah, right.

Excellent and efficient job installing my new refrigerator. Arrived timely and made quick work of removing the old refrigerator and installing the new one.

Crazy how quick and professional this installation was. Everything was so simple and easy. These guys really know what they're doing.

Didn't leak yet so all's good I suppose. This was possibly the only positive event of this particular Best Buy experience. I just had to buy another fridge for a rental unit and went to Lowes rather than deal with BB again.

I have to say the gentlemen who came to our home to deliver our new fridge and hook up our water line were wonderfully professional. They were kind, and cared not only about the product they were delivering, but they cared about my home. The gentleman who connected everything made absolutely 100% sure everything was working properly before I signed the paperwork and they called it done. The water didn't come out of the refrigerator right away, but he let me know that it happens and takes a moment. We waited and waited and finally we struck water! The point I'm making is they didn't just install and leave. They made sure everything worked properly and that I was satisfied. THIS is the reason we continue to purchase products at Best Buy -- Excellent Customer Service!

Done quickly and professionally. They checked it prior to leaving and made sure it was running properly.

Bought my refrigerator and came with the basic installation. The delivery guy just left the refrigerator where it was supposed to go but told me that the rest of the set-up was on me!! I couldn't finish installing the shelves so I called Best Buy and the Customer Service lady was so nice by immediately sending another technician that knew what his job entailed! All is well now.

After initial issues and speaking with manager at store, the delivery crew that finally came to install/replace refrigerator was quick, friendly and expedient. Answered our questions revolving initial set-up. Very helpful.

the installers were courteous, efficient and listened to our concerns. there wasn't much to installing the water supply, but they completed the connection without any problem. it has been 15 days and no leaks.

I like the refrigerator but unfortunately it has so many dings, scratches and even some broken parts straight from the warehouse. And this is my 4th one
