The delivery and installation guys were great. Quick, clean, efficient and (so far) effective. It wasn't a tricky job but all in all, glad I didn't have to do anything but answer the door.

Unfortunately, damage was done to both the appliance I had delivered (refrigerator) and my home Upon delivery. I will say that the personal were extremely helpful (pointed out the damage, took pictures, and gave me the number for claims department) and I already have an appointment to have a new refrigerator delivered. My hope is that more damage isn’t done with the next delivery!

The delivery experience was generally positive. However, I did encounter an issue during the installation process. When the technician pushed the refrigerator back into place, it caused two scratches on my hardwood floors. The technician promptly took photos of the damage and informed me that he would share them with his supervisor to address the issue and arrange for the scratches to be repaired.

Refrigerator/freezer installation went great. People were careful bringing it in, they took their time putting it together for me. Great experience

took 5 trips to change door. i was told that i needed a part to change door from left to right, which was a lie. i went to home depo and was informed by staff same part works on both sides. finally on fifth visit david from geek squad was able to change door to open on right side. first refrigerator was damaged with 2 dents on door, david was excellant

We upgraded to a more space for more holding power.

The gentlemen took my old refrigerator and installed the new one. And did not leave until everything was not only connected, but also functioning as it should.

They went over everything extremely well, hooked up the water and plugged it in. Works fine, but they did not take all the packaging off. They left the phone protection on all of the shelves and all of the tape on the inside.

Installation process was flawless. It took less than 15 minutes to install and hook up the water line for the ice maker and level the Fridge.

A well made Refrigerator for home. Good value for the appliance and very easy to operate. No hesitation to recommend the unit for a decent size and efficiency.

Great service and friendly. Installing requires a new water line and connecting it to existing water main - easy enough to do oneself but I appreciate having the connection guaranteed by a professional.

The delivery crew was quick. polite and clean. They were able to install even though we had an issue. They were respectful of our home.
