Had no problems with installing new refrigerator and removing old one. Installers were later than originally scheduled, however.

The install technicians were friendly and worked hard however they damaged the unit and it is scheduled to be replaced next week. Best Buy sent another tech out to (we thought) to assess the damage which they were not capable of doing. We contacted Best Buy and just arranged for a full replacement. Best Buy did honor the replacement guarantee and hopefully will be better on the second installation. I have wasted more than two months since the initial order and the upcoming replacement. I feel all of the issues could have been avoided had the first unit been installed properly by certified installers.

We purchased an installation but the refrigerator had no filter (which should have) and we then had to wait to receive one and call the installers to come out again. But the 2nd appointment was no wait and the installers were professional.

The crew were very experienced and professional. They didn't damage anything and was careful throughout the installation. They respected my home and took off their shoes etc. no leaks and everything works like a charm.

Excellent installation service!The geek squad that installed our refrigerator was punctual, prompt, and Professional. Removed all packing material Walmart home and left the area clean. Very pleased!

Very professional. It was a simple installation in the garage with no icemaker. Placed the appliance, plugged it in and verified that the appliance was working.

Installers did a fantastic job. Both removing the old refrigerator and instlling the new one. Just excellent.

Installers get a great job. It was a tight fit in-between the island and wall but they got it done without marks on the wall. New water line as well.

Delivery guys hooked up the water. All worked out. It took us a minute to figure out the zones in refrigerator to change the temperature.

The technicians were awesome on installing new one with no issues. The tech knew to take door off house to get in.

Installers were quick (15 minutes) and concise in install our new side-by-side refrigerator. Have had no problems with leaking, etc. so far.

I’m 80 years old. The nominal installation fee was well worth the $$. The installer unboxed the freezer outside, keeping the packaging material in the truck. He dollied the freezer into the house in an almost upright position, leveled the feet, plugged it in and turned it on. Done. No muss. No fuss.

Bought this for our new home and love the huge amount of space. Very energy efficient and keeps our produce fresh longer.
