Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Kinda of hard to review since it was not installed fully by the delivery guys , they couldn't get the old line off my old refrigerator since it was rusted , and it didn't help the guys didn't understand meaning they did not know much English .. I cut the old line & they still woudn't install the line , so I had them deliver & put where old frige was & had them take the old fridge , than hubby installed the org line on the new fridge , easy .

The replacement was delivered but the guys didn't adequately put the doors on right and it was hanging off making it unusable. Another 4 days went by before I got a replacement

The lead man hooked the water/ice and reviewed functions with me. They stayed to make sure ice and water were working and emphasized disposal of initial ice ouput for health safety reasons.My best install process.
