The guys who came to install my refrigerator were very professional and very meticulous, they had to take the doors apart because of my narrow doors

This is the second time purchasing big appliances with best buy and things went well except had a issue with refrigerators and called it in for some work to be done on it. I had originally made appt but had to reshedule an neverreceived a call or text to confirm. They later showed up that day. They worked on refrigerator but could not fix completely so they had me call in to look to getting another refrigerator, but when geek squad so up I received a call prior to visit . On the call I felt like I was being talked out of receiving a new one, when I had guys from previous visit to call in it because it maybe a manufacture defec, but notes were never made they had no idea why I was looking to receive a new one. I felt under minded and not very happy with whole issue. In the end I was never looking to receive a new one just to receive and was thinking ahead to what may happen if not taken care of issue now, before I was withoutt with a broken refrigerator and had to dish out more money., because of the failure a of customer service inadequaties from delivery to end.

The guys really friendly and knowledgeable they are really careful with the product and gentle. They answer all your questions, with the smile in their face. Love the service. They try to install my fridge I didn’t have the water line to put it. Thank you so much for all the help.

Two gentlemen showed to deliver the refrigerator and were extremely friendly and accommodating. They covered everything and did everything that was necessary for the installation to be done. Two great guys.

Got my refrigerator delivered and the requirements needed is that the existing water valve must have a built-in valve or else they will not connect it to your refrigerator. The guys who were installing it were helpful and were able to "walk" me through how to screw on my existing valve but couldn't touch it themselves for liability sake. Not a big deal but luckily I was able to troubleshoot myself.

It was quick and easy and they had a good eye. On spotting for any damage.

I waited several months for my new refrigerator to arrive but the two fellows that installed did an excellent job, which made it worth the wait. They took my old refrigerator completely apart and removed it. Then came my new one... in several pieces that they had to assemble. Wow! What an experience! I had no idea that the removal and delivery would take so long. It's done! And, I love my new frig. I only wish I'd gotten the names of the two fellows who delivered it. Hat's off! ... to both of them. Best Buy is the greatest!

Installation was really fast. No issues. The delivery process was on time.

Installer arrived within the time frame specified and there was no problems with the installation.

Came on time and installed stove with good efficiency. Installers was experienced and very curious. Left home clean of debris from installation. I was very pleased.

So far I am happy with it. I don't see any leaks. I am not the one that installed it so I don't know how difficult it was.
