All the calls I had to make to find out what was going on was frustrating. I spoke to and was transferred to at least 5 people and had to repeat the full story repeatedly. Your team gave me no reason, just didn’t show up, and did not call to cancel. I finally secured a new delivery scheduled a full week later. In the interim I had to buy ice TWICE A DAY the frozen food I had to store in external coolers…SHRIMP, And STEAKS for Christmas! Shame on you. Never an apology let alone any offer to pay for the ice! The product when finally installed is fine. But communication with client horrible!

Solved a flowing valve problem

It was flowing fast so they used a bucket to capture the water until they could get the new fridge's ice maker hooked up. They let very little water get on the floor and they mopped it up. This was top level installation. They were friendly, professional, and efficient.

Great work for installation 5/17/2024

First group and this 4th group (same installer) were able to complete the installation with no problem since they installed the initial refeidgerator that just was installed 5/17/2024. These are the most reliable installers.
