Good refrigerator . Perfect size. The two freezer sides with separate doors are a good feature. The only drawback is no water filter.

The delivery and install service was great. They brought the fridge in with a strap so they didn't have to roll it on our wood floor. Nice work!

we originally purchased a fridge and the movers came and said it wouldn't fit. They took pics with the measuring tape not against the wall to justify not moving it. We had to wait 2 more weeks to get same.fridge delivered. The.second crew was great. Got the fridge in without even removing the doors. The first crew sucked. Your sales rep said the first crew quit or got fired. He probably lied to us just to get us to recommit to purchasing. The second crew saved your reputation with me. I've been a customer for a very long time and was disappointed with the first experience.

Had amazing professional people do such a great job installing my refrigerator. Had water and ice going in no time.

I would give these two (2) gents that delivered my refrigerator a 5 star but they departed without giving basic instructions (slight language barrier) or making adjustments that are now required (door swings wildly). They were timely, disposed of packaging outside residence and were careful and considerate. They were professional and considerate.

The two gentlemen that came out to connect the refrigerator and haul away the old one were very professional and helpful. They took care when bringing the refrigerator in and out. They showed me where everything was, installed water filter, connected everything, and then made sure water was flowing before they left. They indicated to me that I needed to drain the system of several gallons over the next few hours to flush out any impurities.

The install technicians were friendly and worked hard however they damaged the unit and it is scheduled to be replaced next week. Best Buy sent another tech out to (we thought) to assess the damage which they were not capable of doing. We contacted Best Buy and just arranged for a full replacement. Best Buy did honor the replacement guarantee and hopefully will be better on the second installation. I have wasted more than two months since the initial order and the upcoming replacement. I feel all of the issues could have been avoided had the first unit been installed properly by certified installers.
