Called ahead, arrived on time, installed quickly and expertly, left everything neat and clean.

The technician who delivered the fridge installed the water line into the appliance. We did not have to do a thing. And this fridge has the inside filter. So, we don't have to mess with the water line ever.

Very easy to install with the steel water lines took 5 minutes.

Installers were careful when installing the refrigerator and made sure everything was working properly before they left.

The delivery was a serious problem. All the calls I had to make to find out what was going on was frustrating. I spoke to and was transferred to at least 5 people and had to repeat the full story repeatedly. Your team gave me no reason, just didn’t show up, and did not call to cancel. I finally secured a new delivery scheduled a full week later. In the interim I had to buy ice TWICE A DAY the frozen food I had to store in external coolers…SHRIMP, And STEAKS for Christmas! Shame on you. Never an apology let alone any offer to pay for the ice! The product when finally installed is fine. But communication with client horrible!

My new freezer only needed to be delivered and set up in my kitchen. The delivery folks were on time in the scheduled time frame. They checked to ensure they could bring in item safely and set up was quick. They plugged it in, leveled freezer, went over some instructions and took away all the wrappings. In and out in a short period of time, efficient and friendly. Very happy with it all.

Installation process was flawless. It took less than 15 minutes to install and hook up the water line for the ice maker and level the Fridge.

Excellent service from the team who delivered on August 11. They were professional and took great care to explain what to do with the water to ensure that we flush out the water from the water dispenser and the ice maker. Rolando and his companion from Manada did a good job. They didn't leave their sweat anywhere during a hot day, and that takes a lot of effort!

No issues with the installation. Very professional service and cleaned up all packing materials before they left.
