Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The first delivery/install/haul-away date didn't go so smooth because we couldn't find the shut off for the old fridge to disconnect it so I had to set another appointment of which the call center was told I would not be home till 5pm they did not call before coming AND came at 2pm, so they say; based on them taking a picture of my front door. Not sure how that justifies coming at the wrong time. Of course I wasn't home. I told the call center 5pm or after and was told it was no problem. Once rescheduled, the call center only scheduled it for a haul-away, not for installation! Not sure why...it still had an open ticket to do both processes. And I was told I would have to set another appointment for the installation... The crew who came to haul-away the old saw the new one sitting in my foyer and jumped into action and installed it and hauled away the old. No need for another appointment! They turned a bad situation into a good one! They were terrific!
