I cut the old line & they still woudn't install the line , so I had them deliver & put where old frige was & had them take the old fridge , than hubby installed the org line on the new fridge , easy .

They came towards the early part of the given time and gave me a call when they were 30 minutes away. They went above and beyond. The carried the fridge up outside stairs and carefully removed the front door to get the fridge inside the house. They had to work to get the fridge into a tight space and dealt with a tricky water line for the ice cube maker. They wore masks the entire time and kept distance during delivery. The were vey pleasant and professional. I would use them every time if possible!

Water is clean

INSTALLATION

Installed with no problem to existing water connection. They even helped with moving a piece of furniture that was too heavy for me to move so they could get the refrigerator through a door. They even helped me empty the old refrigerator so they could haul it away, cannot say enough about how helpful they were.
