It was a simple install. Moved old freezer to garage. Unpacked and moved new freezer into place.

I manage a food pantry and in the last 4 yrs. We have replaced 4 of our old freezers for 4 of these freezer/refrigerators. They are AWSOME! With a push of a button we can change one from freezer to refridge when needed. We have 1 more old freezer that we plan on replacing with our 5th of these!

Works very well with no leaks. Love having cold water ready to use in autofill water pitcher in door. Ice maker provides plenty of ice.

Delivery and move into house went great and unit works well. However, installers did not install the 2 front feet that level the unit and stop it from rolling when the door is opened. When I read the installation instructions, these feet were apparently separately packed in the box and the installers took all the packing material with them, likely including those parts, so we didn't even have them to install ourselves. Nice guys but I wish they had read the instructions. Now have to hold the freezer bottom with our feet to prevent it from rolling into us every time we open it.

Excellent large volume refrigerator. Easy and solid icemaker. No extra bells and whistles which could degrade over the years!

I am handicapped so I am unable to do a lot of things. Having Best Buy hook up water line to the ice machine was a good solution. The technician had the water line installed in no time.
