We purchased a much larger refrigerator. We did cut off the cabinet above the refrigerator so it was ready for installation. We also had to take off the woodwork. It was a tight fit but the Best Buy guys did a great job. They explained things to us and had it plugged in and ready to go when they left. We couldn't have got that refrig in ourselves. Thank goodness for their great installation crew. Quick and tidy.

Bespoke refrigerator - no complaints. We love the inside door water dispenser and craft. So convenient. Really love having the ice tray in the freezer section. A little bit more finger prints on the door than my last refrigerator but overall a really great and silent refrigerator!

Technicians were able to removed old refrigerator and install new one with water line without issues.

You can't go wrong with TotalTech Installation. The crew they send for this installation was top notch, They had to deliver the refrigerator to the basement, navigating a tight stairwell. One piece of advice for Best Buy, give the install crew some idea where they are installing the device. In my case, they had no idea where the refrigerator was going, nor were they told they had to haul away the old unit.

Service guys came in, connected the frig, whizzed the old one out of here, and everything is working like a new unit should!

we originally purchased a fridge and the movers came and said it wouldn't fit. They took pics with the measuring tape not against the wall to justify not moving it. We had to wait 2 more weeks to get same.fridge delivered. The.second crew was great. Got the fridge in without even removing the doors. The first crew sucked. Your sales rep said the first crew quit or got fired. He probably lied to us just to get us to recommit to purchasing. The second crew saved your reputation with me. I've been a customer for a very long time and was disappointed with the first experience.

The guys were polite and efficient, but we're in too big of a hurry. To get the refrigerator in the home they had to remove the doors. They didn't have the right tools, and left the magnetic door alarm sensors miss-aligned. After an hour or so of the door alarm ringing, I figured out why it was ringing and aligned the sensor on the door myself. It took two minutes.

Install was a little rough as they couldn’t get the refrigerator level and stated it was too wide for opening but the dimensions were less than the previous one
