The delivery guys re-arranged their schedule to bring the unit to its proper location, deep in South Dakota's Black Hills. They were friendly, efficient and good-humored despite the inconvenience to which they had been put by store personnel. Instead of being angry, as the day began, by afternoon we were very pleased by this above-and-beyond service.

However, he did take out the card that had my cereal and model number on it to submit my warranty, which is kind of sketchy. Good thing it's on the refrigerator itself.

Techs knew what they were doing!
