The delivery people were very professional. They communicated well, including keeping me informed of their arrival time. The installation went quickly. We were very pleased.

It went smoothly and done professionally. They were carful moving things around. The missing star was for not knowing how the product operates. They had to look up the manual, but since they wanted to rush out we were advised to use the manual. the question was simple, from where and how to control temp, and how the inside ice maker work.

It is so nice to have all new lines applied to the new machine. I don't have to worry about it leaking.

He had to cut and brace my existing copper line to keep it from bending at the floor lever and installed my new flexible line at no extra charge (other than a tip that I offered)
