    The delivery guys had little to no communication. They came asked where the fridge was going. I showed them and before i could look down and back up one of them was taking off the hinges of my door and in so doing damaged my door frame and stained it. And he did not have to take off the hinges on my door because the refrigerator could fit through if they followed the instructions of samsung which says to take of the door of the refrigerator and not the door of my house. But i love my fridge though.

    The refrigerator has been ordered 2 times so far with severe damage from the manufacturer. We ordered this in November and are still waiting in February for the fridge. This has been a nightmare. Their customer service line is a joke. I waited on hold for 4 hours today to speak with a supervisor and didnt get anywhere. Our fridge was supposed to come tomorrow and now they moved it to February 1. I still have no notification that is actually scheduled. I think they are trying to buy time. Someone from corporate needs to reach out to me. Im going to leave bad reviews on everything i can find best buy related.

    Fridge delivered with dent, doors not leveled by tech. Tech got mad and left without installing fridge or hooking it up because I showed him with a level the doors were uneven. Horrible service and customer experience

    waited almost a year for this refrigerator. when it finally arrived, techs were unable to switch the door to open from the right. it is not level and wobbles. to top it off, the freezer door is dented. yippee!

    Fridge odered on May 25 due for delivery on June 5. The day before delivery received an email that needed to reschedule. Rescheduled for today. June 25. Service requested was relocate existing fridge and install new fridge. 3rd party delivery team has no record of relocate and REFUSES to do so. As I and my wife work diligently to remove old fridge delivery guys start packing up my new fridge to move on to next job. I had to rush out my door and pretty much demand that they at least leave it on my driveway. They did so but then drove off without so much as making sure that we had all of the parts that came with the new fridge. VERY DISAPPOINTED. My advice... take the "free delivery" but don't expect much else and have your own trusted installer on retainer to do the real work.

    He said the refrigerator was defective and he was having it replaced. HE DID NOT! We finally made phone calls to find out what was happening. He didn’t even report it. The right door sticks open and the ice maker sounds like a locomotive.

    Viking fridge flood my house

    I purchased a Viking fridge and it flooded my house in December and you switched it out and the ice machine hasn’t worked since day 1 ! A tech is finally scheduled for next week. My floor is destroyed in both my kitchen and family room. A company had to come in and extract the water , cut open walls and remove black mold and tore up my floor in the kitchen because the flooring was buckling

    First delivery was not so good. I am still waiting for someone to contact me regarding damage done to our floors and walls. The claim number given to me was 40201250G6G0001. I received a call stating that they would need to come see the damage and still have not heard back.

    Terrible service. The delivery and installation company caused extensive damage to my home and property. Almost 2 months later and I am unable to get anyone from best buy to call me back or her the issue of my damaged property resolved. The delivery guys dropped the brand new refrigerator on my stairs breaking pieces of my stairs off , scraped off the paint off mt front door with the new fridge and last but not least tipped the fridge over vausing my wall to be dug out. This is this worst experience I have ever had and do not think i will be looking to best bjy for any further purchases

    The installer dropped the fridge off of his truck, and it took a month to get the one I ordered, still have not received it yet!

    Original Electrical Hazard

    Original installer broke back leg of dishwasher, continued to install it anyway then installed on top of electrical junction box he mounted on the floor. Can't get anyone to call me back, submitted 3 requests to have escalated review, all have been cancelled. I guess you can be the judge if you want to submit the risk of your family being electricuted.

    Delivery guys were great! I noticed the dent after they started to drive off and tried to wave me down. I’m so disappointed. I paid extra for install delivery and paid $75 more than amazon and I get a dented fridge! Wow

    I’m not sure much more could have gone wrong… They had to remove the doors to get my fridge in (no big deal). For some reason, instead of staying on my ample amount of hard, easy to clean flooring… they put the doors in my carpeted living room and tracked mud all across the living room and circled around the other side to make sure they got the hall carpet as well. While removing my old fridge, they hit the freezer door on something and poked a substantial hole in it. Just to top it all off, they then bounced the old fridge off of my truck and damaged the tailgate!!

    Damage from Install

    I will never be using Best Buy to install another appliance again. During the install the workers dragged the unit across my hardwood floors causing damage and I also had to come help one of the installers because he was about to lose his balance on my stairs. Im not sure what would have happened had I not intervened. For the last couple of months I was given a cell phone contact from one of the installers to get someone to fix my stairs. Whoever that person was never followed up, re-scheduled on many occasions and now stairs are still here damaged. I'm still waiting for a resolution but this was a completely awful experience.

    They were able to get the fridge in and set up but put a dent in the side saying the spot was a tight squeeze when there was over an inch of space on the other side that the fridge could have been moved to.

    They don’t make the connection to the water line, so i can’t use the water dispenser and the ice maker

    Refused to Install or Take Away

    They refused to install and remove my old fridge. They claimed the old one would be "heavily damaged" by taking it out of my home. It got in here without being heavily damaged! When I said that I was fine with that, they discovered another reason... They said my valve was broken, when it obviously wasn't. It worked for 10 years with my old fridge, plus I showed them it works and turned off the water to my home and showed them that there was no water coming into the home. They still refused. Now I am stuck with a fridge on my balcony, have not been refunded and have no way to get this thing out of here.

    I should not even give them a one star because they messed up the framing of our front door.And ( Cody) had an attitude when I said something to him about it.He said we did what we could do with what we had to work with .Did he say that because he had to put it in a mobile home .I am sure we are not the only one to have new appliances put in a mobile home.And I do believe our front door framing would not look like this is they would have taken the doors off the appliances but they didn't want to do that I ask if they would and (Cody) said we don't like to do that.So they took off the front door and still messed the door framing up.

    Best Buy’s delivery and installation services are the worst I have ever experienced. The first attempt at delivering a refrigerator resulted in the delivery man abruptly driving off with my new refrigerator still on the truck leaving all the doors to my home open. The second attempt, the refrigerator actually made it into the house but was severely damaged. The delivery men simply plugged in the refrigerator and left, did not remove any packing. The interior was full of styrofoam, tape and plastic. They did not test the waterline, did not install the water filter. All this after paying an installation fee. Best Buy’s delivery services are horrible.
