The delivery and installation crew were amazing. Friendly and professional and did a great job!

My install guys were very polite. I did, however, realize after they left that the fridge was all the way against the wall and the handbook said it needed to be 5 inches from the wall or it could damage the compressor. With no casters on fridge, I called & they said they'd come back the next day but was not needed because I figured out that I could push the unit into place on the concrete floor of my garage.

These guys were quick, careful and everything thing was hooked up appropriately

The delivery team arrived on time and worked as a well precision unit. The lead came in and measured the spot and the doorway to insure proper fit. The others were unpacking the unit. Two of them then brought in the unit hooked up the water line and plugged it in. They made sure it was working. They cleaned up all the packing materials and took off. I was very impressed by their professional service. They were quick, courteous and very friendly. They were in and out in a very timely manner.

They came to my house and connected the refrigerator with the existing water line. As my house has already provision for this kind of refrigerator, they did not have any issue.

Installers were on time and did a great job of getting our new refrigerator through our front door by taking the handles off and re-attaching once the refrigerator was in place. They were conscientious to ensure the water in the water line would not spill out as they disconnected from the old refrigerator. They were very careful when removing the old refrigerator and installing the new to not damage floors, walls, and cabinets.

The cold water valve on my old washer was corroded, so the installer wouldn't risk a water break and wasn't able to install until we removed the water line and made sure there wasn't a leak. When we got home from our vacation, my husband was able to unhook it and I scheduled the install. They arrived two days later and installed my new washer, just in time for me to wash mounds of clothes from a family of 5! We understood the hesitation and were very happy they came out and did the install quickly!

Compared to another delivery/installation (which we did not request install for this fridge), the techs were generally good. The packaging was removed both in and out of the truck, so moving into the house was a little questionable in potential scratch damage.

We purchased the refrigerator and had it installed by Best Buy. We had an issue with the water dispenser leaking which was mentioned to the Geek Squad agent who followed up and advised us a replacement door would need to be ordered. I waited to here back but did not get any communication regarding the replacement door. Another appointment was made and during this visit the diagnosis was that a part needed to be ordered and the refrigerator was now out of warranty. I was advised to follow-up with the Geek Squad manager and called and left messages with no return call. I will attempt to follow-up with management regarding this issue because the previous Geek Squad technician did not order the door and now the refrigerator is out of warranty. I am not happy with the level of service that has been provided regarding this appliance and will have to reassess my loyalty to Best Buy.

They made it so easy, I wouldn't have known what to do in order to get the fridge installed so thank you!
