The correct tools make installation a breeze I have no problem installing Even someone with no skills would have no problem

Came in wasted no time getting the v old fridge out of the way getting the fridge set up and installed.

They did a good job. Don’t know what else I can say.

Best Buy delivered and set up my Fridgidaire Gallery side by side refrigerator to and existing water line. The did so quickly and professionally. They also set up the temperatures and installed the filter. They made sure I understood what they had done and what to do for the water, but I missed out on getting instructions on how to access the filter. I wish the guy had shown me. Otherwise, the review would have been 5 stars!

They did not remove all the stickers and tape from the inside of the refrigerator. They did not explain any kind of features or details regarding the operation of the refrigerator. They seem to be in a big hurry. Even though I gave them a tip to make sure everything was correct.

Had installation done, but did not require ice maker or water hook up. Delivery was efficient, personnel knowledgeable and helpful.

The deliveryman who brought the refrigerator also did the installation. I don't expect much, just quick service and he finished the refrigerator in 10 mins.

The refrigerator has been amazing. Smaller than our previous, but also has different space that allows for different coverage. The freezer being a pull out freezer has made the use of it incredible. One of the better purchases I've made. Devin did a great job assisting us with this purchase as well.

The appliance installers (geek squad) were fast clean and professional got the job done asap and didn’t leave any packaging laying around!

love the fridge, big enough for one person, love the bottom freezer. I do have the water hooked up so it makes great ice cubes

I recently purchased a refrigerator from BEST BUY and I was totally pleased with the product, sell (on line) and delivery.

The two men that arrived were polite. They did unpack the new refrigerator, and hauled away the old one That is about it. They did not move it into the house. The water line was still connected to the old fridge, so they left it. They said it had no shut off. Turns out the valve was a couple inches inside the crawlspace access, (line to fridge comes out of the middle of the floor) but they never looked. I had to pay someone else to look, and to help me swap the refrigerators. He found the valve within 2 mins. I had to help get the old fridge out and the new one in as he was by himself. I have a bad back. Had to reverse the door myself, too This was not a good experience, and cost way more than it should have.

It was installed by Best Buy delivery guys, it has been working fine, so far no isues
