The delivery/installation guys did a very good job. They delivered it when they said they would and they knew what they were doing. They were very helpful, too, as they knew a lot about the product. My only complaint is that they didn't completely clean up before they left. I consider this to be a minor complaint. Overall I was very happy.

Very professional installers. Worked fast. The old fridge was moved to a new place and the new one moved in and set up.

The refrigerator is very nice. The delivery and installation was great. However, I can’t give it 5 stars because of noise that motor make. It’s so annoying and noisy sometimes it wakes me up.

l like the look of the fridge very much and I like the fridge space very much and I love how quiet it runs compared to my old fridge. The freezer part could be a bit larger for my liking and the freezer shelves in the door would be better with full fronts on them as smaller things slip out of the slotted fronts. The Guys that delivered it were great. Thanks a lot Eli and Santiago, you were fun and professional.

Everything went well this time. This was a 2nd delivery due to the fact that my original refrigerator was delivered damaged.

The guys who delivered my refrigerator where very fast and efficient . They moved my old fridge to the garage and installed the new one in its place. Couldn't be more happier..

This is the 3rd product I've had installed by Best Buys recommendation. Every time, they have been on time or early, they had product knowledge and worked efficiently!

Installation by tech was fast and easy. Tech was also very professional and knowledgeable.

The guys were very careful in removing our old fridge, putting it the garage for us, and bringing in the new fridge. They had to remove our front door to get the new fridge in the house. They were thorough and did double duty in installing our new dryer also. The only complaint is that later we found some Styrofoam left inside the fridge in the drawer tracks that were squeaking. They were very coureous and clean and patient with our questions.

They did not remove all the stickers and tape from the inside of the refrigerator. They did not explain any kind of features or details regarding the operation of the refrigerator. They seem to be in a big hurry. Even though I gave them a tip to make sure everything was correct.

Not 'ready to use'. The refrigerator came with dents in the front, and a defect in the freezer drawer - all very noticeable. We were offered a refund which we refused. Parts to replace the dented sections came a week later. Install was fine. We should have gotten a discount for the condition of the fridge. Also, it comes wrapped in plastic which was taken off outside, so I don't know if it came from the used warehouse. // Parts came and the fridge works. However, it does not have soft-close doors, so be aware of that. Also, there is a light that stays on all the time.

They left the shelves, drawers and inside wrap to be done by me. Would have been nice if they had set up the shelves and drawers or asked me if I wanted this to be done or not. I needed to turn off the ice maker later. It was in a garage without water hookup so I expected that the installers would have done this when setting it up.

The men worked quickly and were professional and courteous. They explained the item to me.
