They were respectful of my house and my family. They accidentally dented the door on the way in and quickly told me about it and assured me that Best Buy would replace it for free and that they would notate that the dent was caused during delivery. They explained to us how to use the functions on the fridge and made sure everything was up and running before they left. Amazing job, amazing people!

Because it wasn't tested before they delivered is the reason for the 4 stars. Otherwise I would highly recommend.
