I didn’t know there would be a problem. In the end he hooked it up. I have found this behavior to be typical of an install regardless of where you buy and regardless whether it is a refrigerator, washer, dryer, etc,

The delivery & installation was mind boggling bad. Best Buy should do a lot of due diligence to the 3rd part delivery services/install companies. It was bad!

The delivery and installation was great. However, I can’t give it 5 stars because of noise that motor make. It’s so annoying and noisy sometimes it wakes me up.

Not ready to use immediately

Still had to get all the tape off outside and put in all the shelves. All they did was bring it in the garage, plug it in and put the door handle on. If the service wasn’t free with Total Tech, I would not have paid for it.
