Refrigerator installation

They were polite and professional however they did miss some protective film that was supposed to be removed and a small plastic insert that was on the top of the left door.

Answered my questions, showed me the features hadn't noticed on it. Cleaned up afterwards and put things back like they found them - storm door on house had to be undone and put back together. They were happy and pleasant workers way to go guys!!!

They arrived on time, took great care installing and setting up the refrigerator, then mover the old item to the garage. Great attitude and courtesy on their part. I thank them for a great job.

Mixed Results

But, installation team not great. A team came back to install wheels under the freezer but only 1 wheel was installed. It needs all four wheels installed so the freezer can be moved by one person when necessary. Another team has to visit to install 3 more wheels.

Almost a Five

However, nobody mentioned that the door needs a wide opening due to it ability to hold gallon jugs. Problem is the existing molding prevents the door opening very wide. Have to get a carpenter to provide some relief. But, as I said, the guys did the best theu could.

Nice delivery people

Because it wasn't tested before they delivered is the reason for the 4 stars. Otherwise I would highly recommend.
